Nice hotel away from the crowds of tourists

Pros: The hotel is in a great location, set in a quiet neighborhood away from the crowds of tourists. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, which made it especially enjoyable during the winter season.

Cons: The front desk staff did not inform us about the fee they charge to arrange a taxi to the train station. Although the hotel had set a fixed rate for the ride, the driver ended up overcharging us.

Pros: Modern, clean, large bedrooms and quiet. Staff were friendly, helpful and gym facilities were good. Decent breakfast. Tram 1 minute walk away.

Cons: It was 35-40 min walk from any main areas so felt isolated and residential.

Pros: Very beautyfull and luxury hotel! Very pleasant personel and extremely good service.

Cons: No diner served in the evening.

Pleasant stay in a late 19th century edifice.

Pros: Fast check-in. Large, comfortable and clean room on the fourth floor. Airco heater, marble bathroom with underfloor heating, electric velux windows, democratic minibar. Extensive high quality breakfast and helpful staff.

Very good value for a 5 star hotel.

Pros: Beautiful old building in a quiet but central location. Our room was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. The shower had very good water pressure. It was all spotlessly clean. The staff on reception were extremely helpful. Breakfast was perfect and the staff were friendly and attentive. All in all a great place to stay.

Pros: A nice and quite hotel with good public transport connection to the city centre and other city districts. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with some minor problems.

Cons: The AC for heating was very loud. Without earplugs I wouldn't be able to sleep (otherwise the hotel is very calm). The carpet in our room needs a deep cleaning. It looked pretty bad. Also the furniture and the bed need some renewal and do not meet the expectations of a 5star hotel. The drain in the bathtub was clogged and the underfloor heating in the bathroom was not working (but was repaired quickly). The breakfast is OK but nothing special. Altogether: some effort is needed to meet the 5star expectations

Enjoyable and would stay again at this hotel

Pros: Proximity to the city ,great pice of real state will refurbished.tastefully decorated.

Cons: Nothing,part from the shower in the bathroom kept moving and water would cover the bathroom floor

Pros: A real gem! I was very positively surprised. The rooms, the general areas, the breakfast, the location... I liked everything

Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay

Pros: Beautiful building and neighbourhood. Room and bath was spacious and maintained well.

Cons: The soap provided wasn’t refilled even after asking. The hot food at breakfast wasn’t kept warm.

will definetly stay nowhere else if back in Prague

Pros: Fantastic hotel located in a perfect location just out enough from the main tourists areas to make it comfortable . there is ample trams and buses to take you where you need to go or you can walk to the main drag in 20 minutes. The breakfast was superb with plenty to choose from . The staff except for one were very nice

Cons: A grumpy barman working at night would not etice you to linger for a drink
