Great spot for travellers with kids.

Pros: The location was great, close to the central train station. Breakfast was great, and the room was clean

Cons: The check-in process took too long, and it didn't help that I had been rained on.

Pros: The location was ideal for me because I was near the sports center. ~15-30min walk to attractions

Cons: The food variety is quite modest. I missed the shampoo and conditioner samples in the rooms. The bed was hard, so the rest was not very good. But if you like harder mattresses, this was exactly what you need.

Pros: Very friendly staff, warm welcome. Everything was thoroughly explained regarding local tax and damages deposit. Room was large clean and comfortable. Nice beer on draught in the bar area and reasonable prices for drinks. Easy to get to via public transport and a short walk.

Pros: Very confortable beds and pillows. Great location. Friendly staff. Best hotel scrambled egges I have ever had. A nice stroll to the streetcar that drives you to the city center. Nice elegant neighborhood

A nice room in a quiet area of ​​Prague

Pros: The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was kind and welcoming, the breakfast was delicious and varied.

Pros: Beautiful and quite neighbourhood, kind staff and a very clean and comfortable room. Walking to the old town hall takes only 30 minutes and offers amazing sightseeing on the way. If I ever return in Prague, this is where I’m staying.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and we would gladly stay here again!

Pros: Excellent Stay We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Located on a quiet street, our room was clean, modern, and peaceful, with all the facilities as described. The only minor discrepancy was the absence of fresh fruits upon arrival, but we didn’t mind since breakfast offered a great variety of fruits every day. When we requested slippers, the staff promptly provided them. The service was outstanding—the reception team was exceptionally friendly and always ready to assist. Upon check-in, we were asked for an €80 deposit, which was smoothly refunded at departure.

Cons: The only downside was some inconsiderate guests who returned late at night, laughing loudly, running in the halls, and slamming doors. While this wasn’t the hotel’s fault, it did disturb our sleep. Perhaps better soundproofing or clearer quiet-hour policies could help.

Pros: The location was excellent, and the breakfast was very good, quiet location. All the staff in reception were excellent and attentive, and they facilitated our requests for my wife's birthday. The bed was very comfortable, and having a separate toilet and bathroom was fantastic.

Cons: Although towels were changed every day, the cleaning of the room was not good, the bed sheets were changed for the first time on the day before we were due to leave...very odd. We stayed in one of the balcony rooms (6th floor) and were surprised about the lack of cleaning. This is our only niggle, it wouldn't stop us recommending the Hotel.

Pros: Hotel is located very close to tram station and metro station. It is located in great and nostalgic neighborhood, so you can just take 30min walk to the city centre. The room was very clean, the stuff was very helpful and polite. Breakfast was included and it is pretty good.

Cons: We had to make a deposit when checking in as a garantie for mini bar in our room. It was 60€. They returned the cash when we checked out, but we were not informed so it could easily happen that someone doesn't have a cash with them.
