Good location and breakfast, but room and facilities could be better.

Pros: The hotel offered satisfactory value for money. The breakfast was served as an open buffet and provided a sufficient variety of options. The location was convenient for those who prefer to explore on foot, with many places within walking distance. Its proximity to the tram station also made it easy to use public transportation

Cons: Overall, the hotel offered acceptable value for money, but there were several areas that could be improved. The rooms were quite small, and the key card often malfunctioned, requiring frequent replacements at the reception. This made entering and exiting the room inconvenient. The elevator was old and stopped at intermediate floors, which meant having to use stairs to reach the room. This was particularly difficult when carrying luggage.

Clean, warm, friendly and comfortable.

Pros: The hotel was so quiet. The room was really clean and beds were comfortable. Good choice of food for breakfast and friendly staff.

Cons: Room was smaller than we thought it would be but was still a great hotel.

Excellent Budget Hotel in Prague

Pros: Easy to find, located close to tram metro and buses. Staff very welcoming and efficient. Room not big, but comfortable and clean so cannot fault it. Bathroom clean and functional with towels and soaps provided. Breakfast buffet was excellent - hot and cold options available to suit all tastes. Highly receommended.

Cons: Nothing. Was as good as we hoped.

Pros: Breakfast and location, happy and with hospitality reception staff.

Cons: Cleaning service, unfortunately for the 4 nights that we have been there none of the nights they change our sheets, towel. Not happy to share as an example that I drunk a coffee in the first day and until I left no one take the dirty cup (just a small examples).
