Pros: A pleasant place for a group stay — spacious and comfortable, with enough beds for everyone.

Cons: The only downsides are one shower, a small fridge, and the lack of a dishwasher, which could be improved in the future.

Recommended for those who like country life

Pros: Very spacious apartment, average accessories. The system of having to keep a single key in the key storage for the garage is not the best system. It only takes one irresponsible tenant who takes the key with them, and your day can be ruined: The property is very hidden. The location is very near to Prague, and local shops. Some people mentioned that staff in local stores don’t speak English - this true, but I don’t see this being an issue. I had no trouble buying what I needed. The property has tons of space, but the kitchenette was in one of the rooms with bed, had to be careful not to cook fish or too oily food. The apartment was not super clean, rather had an average cleanliness. The host was super helpful and informative. While the property is overrated with the current rating of 8.8, the host certainly deserves a big 10 out of 10.

Cons: Hidden place, cleanliness should improve and a better system accessing the garage would be nice. Other than that I would definitely consider the property again for another visit

Quite and comfortable

Pros: Everything was very clean. It can comfortably accommodate 10 people. There were enough towels and bed linen. The balcony had a magnificent view. This place is located on the second floor of a two-storey house. Other people are staying downstairs. To go to the second floor, you need to use the wooden stairs seen in the pictures. I recommend it for families traveling in large numbers. The owner answered our questions immediately. There is market 3 km far from house .

A nice stay with a room for improvement

Pros: The location was excellent, conveniently close to a quaint train station and a charming pub/restaurant. The apartment's size and the spacious common area were impressive. We were grateful for the heating provided during the very cold winter, which added a cozy touch to our stay. The host was exceptionally friendly and readily available for assistance, even in his absence, which was very reassuring. Overall, the value for money was commendable, making the stay quite satisfying. I'd like to acknowledge that the house's shortcomings may have been due to the owner's absence, with the staff potentially not performing to their best. It's worth noting that the manager was an outstanding individual, promptly responding to concerns and striving to address them as effectively as possible. This level of dedication and care was highly appreciated.

Cons: The house cleaner isn't doing a good job. There were cobwebs in the bathroom and house spiders everywhere, which is concerning and indicates a lack of thorough cleaning. The curtains in the bathroom smelled of cigarettes, and all curtains were not properly hung, hanging loose, which is inconvenient and detracts from the overall comfort. The fireplace only had wood for the first night, then it disappeared. The clothes dryer wasn't working well and required unique, specific steps to operate. The TV lacked set-up channels, and without Netflix or other apps, nothing could be watched, as it doesn't support screen mirroring and there was no HDMI cable for laptop to TV connections, presenting a significant inconvenience. Absence of kitchen top cleaning spray, cloth, and the inability to wipe the floor are also inconvenient, especially for longer stays and if the cleaner doesn't come. The snow and super slippery access to the house posed a safety concern. I got stuck before the garage due to unremoved snow. The path to the house was extremely slippery and dark, as the lights next to the staircase were not working, adding to the safety concerns. The snow removal was poorly done. There was evident smoking in the house, both cigarettes and marijuana, especially in the toilets, affecting all corners of the house. Other travelers had stolen all batteries from the remote controls (TV and massage chair), adding to the inconvenience. Bed sheets were too small and hard to put back on, the mattress protection was stained with bodily fluids, and the pillows were very uncomfortable and huge. Some lights in the bathroom were not working, further detracting from the overall comfort.

Pros: This is the best choice if you have a car. Nice and comfortable apartments with all important equipment.

Pros: Krásné prostorné apartmány s pohodlnými postelemi, z terasy moc pěkný výhled na lesy. Wifi fungovala bez problémů. K dispozici naprosto úžasná kuchyň vhodná pro skupinové vaření v rámci team buildingu nebo rodinného vaření. Self check-in proběhl hladce, dostali jsme všechny potřebné informace.

Cons: Jsou to spíše drobnosti, nic zásadního, ale chtělo by to opravit na mapách polohu adresy, všechny nás to navedlo chybně na horní lesní cestu a pak jsme se museli složitě otáčet. Také by bylo super protřídit nádobí, aby tam bylo jen to, co je na indukčních plotýnkách použitelné.

Pobyt byl velmi příjemný.

Pros: Krásně řešený prostor, dobře vybavená kuchyně, oddělené ložnice, takže je to vhodné pro partu více lidí. Krásný výhled z terasy.
