Excellent hotel, great staff - would visit again

Pros: Staff were great - especially Vallerie - Everything was clean - Great area to stay as quieter - Room very spacious Only had breakfast once due to us getting up late but had plenty of choice. Let us leave our luggage in the hold for the day while we explored our last day and collected before going to to the airport, as check out was 11 and we were not flying until 9.30

Cosy little boutique hotel - very comfortable!

Pros: I love how clean and boutique this place was, it was super comfortable and just an overall lovely stay. The location was very cute, but more outside the centre where the train station and museum is, but I think it’s perfect for more culture and cheeper amenities/food and more places to see.

Cons: Nothing at all

Pros: I was quite satisfied with the room, but what made the difference for me was the staff, specifically the receptionists. They're the true stars of this hotel.

Cons: The bathroom needs a deep cleaning.

Amazing staff and great value for money!

Pros: It's was my second time here - and it was just as my previous one - amazing! This place has great value for money and great facilities, but the real highlight is their staff - who's there 24/7 for your convenience, and would go out of their way to help you in a any way they can - especially the lady worker who worked on our departure date (22/07/25) - during the day, she has helped us so much with the questions we had and the luggage storage!

Pros: The hotel and rooms were exceptionally clean and the staff were very kind and helpful, especially Oleksandra at Reception!

Overall, the stay was great - I recommend this hotel to everyone. I will definitely stay at this hotel next time.

Pros: Helpful staff; Can speak several languages; Nicely furnished room; Good hotel location, close to grocery store, public transport stop (metro and tram).

Cons: That only blackout curtains are installed on the windows, it is dark in the room during the day, there are no day curtains. They would be needed, because there is a hotel opposite, a house with various establishments. After getting out of the shower, I wanted privacy.

3 night break

Pros: Our room, after we had paid 30 euro, for an upgrade. Staff were friendly. Beds comfortable. Underfloor heating in bathroom. Size of room . Bathrobes .

Cons: I had requested a quiet room, on 3 different occasions, as we were celebrating my birthday. The hotel replied, saying that they would do their best. Their best turned out to be a room, directly opposite the lift and overlooking the quite busy and sometimes noisy street. To be fair, though. I was offered an upgrade to a superior room, which overlooked the back and much quieter part of the hotel. It cost me 10 euro, per night , which I didn't mind paying. There is not much nightlife around the hotel. Only 1 tea bag, per night, and no UHT, milk, for tea and coffee.

Pros: - The room was equipped with a TV, which was a nice touch for entertainment during my stay. - The bathroom was well-maintained and clean, providing a comfortable space. - The bed was very comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep. - The hotel is located in a relatively central area of Prague, making it convenient for exploring the city. - The staff were friendly and accommodating, adding to the welcoming atmosphere of the hotel.

Cons: - One downside was the breakfast hours, which were from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM. This felt a bit too short, especially since many hotels offer breakfast until 10 or 11 AM. It's challenging for guests who prefer to relax and not rush in the morning, particularly when on vacation. - While the breakfast itself was decent, I felt there could be a bit more variety in the options available to cater to different tastes.

Friendly and comfortable

Pros: Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Even had free beer in the reception (probably not something they do all the time). Would definitely stay again.

Cons: Nothing. It was great
