Pros: After many stays,as usual Anastasia (mngr)and her reception team definitely makes you feel like a V.I.P, from the housekeeping to the restaurant all the staff are warm,friendly and helpful,no language barriers,and breakfast is amazing choices,Ambience is minutes away from Wenceslas square and metro. A 4star hotel provides 5star service, thankyou all and see you again definitely. C.Barlow.

Pros: It was ok for the price but the floor was not very clean but the breakfast was ok and the location also good. Staff were friendly.

Cons: The floor was not clean. Bedroom floor I mean .and I can hear the sound of train all the night it bothers me so much. If you are a sensitive person it can be hard.

Pros: Friendly stuff, comfortable and clean room, good breakfast, everything is near hotel (metro, muzeum,…)

Cons: Location was good but for me, but for someone who wants to be in centre of the city is not good location. Metro is really close to hotel so i think the location is not bad at all

Very good, I would recommend it.

Pros: Very satisfied with the service, especially from the receptionist Dragan. Also, the receptionist Diana helped us a lot in finding parking nearby. The breakfast was excellent.The hotel is close to the center, it takes about 10 minutes to walk to the National Museum.

Cons: The only caveat is that they don't have parking space for all guests.

Pros: Staff very pleasant and helpful. Clean and quite centrally located.

Cons: No coffee making facilities, although it seems we could have had a kettle, we didn't know until too late .

A decent base for exploring Prague.

Pros: The property was very close to an underground station (IP Pavlova) and easy walking distance to Wenslaslas Square. There was very little noise and we slept well. The room was basic but clean and had a good shower, safe and fridge. The breakfast was also tasty with a variety of hot and cold buffet style breakfast offerings including strudel ! Plenty of everything including cappuchino. The room was made up every day too.

Cons: Nothing. It was very good value for money.
