Friendly staff, great service, very clean and very quiet room.

Pros: Everything was amazing, we were there for Christmas and the staff was great. We even got a little gift from Santa.

Pros: Excellent small boutique hotel, unique decor. Good size room, comfy beds. Good location, close to restaurants and several small markets. Tourist info centre across road. Tram lines ¹00mtr down street, over 65 travel free. Good breakfast.. it's a 25 minute walk to old town.. Only niggle is small shower.

Pros: The hotel was very cozy, really clean, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped. The location was perfect, just a short walk from both the subway and tram stations. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout our visit. I had also booked a birthday surprise service, and it turned out absolutely amazing. Highly recommended!

Pros: Good Cleanliness Good breakfast excellent access to the city

Cons: The windows aren't double glazed and street noise could sometimes be heard in the room, especially when we were sleeping. During our stay at the hotel, the same floor was under renovation and the noise of a drill could sometimes be heard inside our room.

Good stay, very reasonable price!

Pros: Good location, close to public transport! It was a comfortable bed and a very clean room, the staff were really helpful and friendly! Breakfast was good and tasty and with every day different dishes! I can recommend it!

Charming, romantic. Loved it

Pros: Classy, stylish (hotel inspired by artwork of Alfons Mucha), extremely clean, well-located hotel. I can’t really fault it. Highly recommend it.

Cons: The one morning, we ordered a very light breakfast (coffee and fresh juice), which was extremely expensive. I think hotel management should reconsider charging guests such a high premium for room service.

Pros: It was amazing,all room looks like it showed the picture

Cons: The room amazing ,clin,smell nice,all day it’s change towels and make clin,the brake fast very good ,reception staff same very kind.And this is a hotel which is deserving that 4 star.I recommend any time,close to the city centre.
