Pros: My room was extremely cosy. The hotel looks very basic if judging the outside building, but when I opened the door, I was impressed with the lovely room. The temperature inside was just perfect. The tube and lots of trams are two minutes away by foot.

Cons: Small bits, not material - - 5th floor room has ceiling windows, cannot open it during rains. And you can only have sky view. - Wifi dropped for a few hours.

Pros: Andreas and the tivoli team are kind, professional helpful, very friendly, lots of choices for breakfast and always fresh, my second time in tivoli and I will return for a third, a three star hotel with five star service .
