Lovely apartment building with elevator and washing machine.

Pros: We ate breakfast in the coffee shop on our last morning and it was very good. Great service and beautiful restaurant

Cons: The room could have been cleaner. Floors needed swept and apartment needed dusting

Pros: Masha and Kamila from the staff were very helpful! They gave us enough information so that we could orient in the city. They also assisted with our parking locations and exchange office and places to visit in one day. Thank you - we will surely come back to your place thanks to your service!

Pros: The biggest star is going to the staff which was very helpful and friendly. The apartment itself is nice, it's quite there and you don't hear much outside or other guests. The location is really good, you have a tram nearby which takes you everywhere as well but it's also close everywhere on foot. Definitely good price to quality ratio!

Cons: Overall it was very clean but we found some long hair in random places, not much of an issue, one surface looked like wasn't cleaned at all.

Pros: Good Location, very friendly staff. All in all it is good value for the money for an apartment in the center of Prague.

Cons: The equipment in the apartment is not the best, some things would need a bit of refurbishment (e.g. the wardrobes and the bathroom)

Pros: Rooms were spacious and well equipped. Clean. Good location, close to underground station, short walk to most tourist attractions.

Pros: Clean and spacious, all staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent coffee shop on site (great breakfast) and a 5-10 minute walk to the centre

Pros: Very comfy, quiet and clean apartment with all amenities you will need for your stay. Bed was comfy, however bit low. Residence is located only few minutes from metro (subway) station I.P.Pavlova and is easy to find. Staff is very friendly and helpful. You can enjoy tasty breakfast and coffee directly next to the residence in Coffee Factory (10% discount for guests). Our apartment was for very reasonable price regarding distance to city center and connection to public transport. All in all we really enjoyed our stay here.

Cons: Owner offers you a parking spot close to the residence, however the entrance to garage is quite narrow (we had Skoda Octavia) so you will probably not be able to use this service with wider car - just to be aware of this.

Pros: the location is superb very near with the station. the staff is also very helpful and nice. The room is clean. coffee shop is just next to the hotel. Supermarket is just around the corner. Price is reasonable. Staff speaking English fluently.

Cons: The utensils for cooking is not complete. There is stairs after elevator to go to your room so it not really handy if you have many heavy luggage. And there is no toilet in reception area so you need to go to coffee shop next door. but i think it's acceptable
