Excellent stay over Christmas

Pros: The breakfast was excellent, providing a wide range of good quality hot food and a cold buffet. The staff were welcoming and attentive. The room and bathroom were both spacious and clean. The location was quiet albeit lots of transport only a few minutes walk from the hotel.

Cons: At breakfast, the staff cleaned away the plates and cups before you had time to finish. It would be good to leave the guests to eat in peace and not continually disturb their breakfast. The king size bed was two single beds together - with a gap in the middle, and two separate single duvets, which we found very uncomfortable.

Good stay

Pros: The hotel is very well located, with many tram connections nearby, making it easy to get around the city. The staff at reception and at breakfast were friendly and helpful, especially Martina. Breakfast was simple but good. The room was cozy and comfortable, although the pillows could be improved and the blankets were a bit small.

Pros: The staff at the reception was extremely friendly and helped us out in whatever we needed. Breakfast was amazing with huge variety to select from. There was even a soup :) Extremely comfortable beds.

Cons: There was not possible to open the window. However, it was okay. But it would be nice to breathe fresh cold air.

Great location and friendly staff

Pros: The receptionist that greeted us at the hotel was so friendly and very very helpful. As we had our little daughter with us he made her a separate rabbit keycard so she could be included. Breakfast was good a fair bit of variety and the location of the hotel was spot on

Cons: The beds creaked a fair bit but that was it really

Great quality room and breakfast, lovely staff and absolute value for money

Pros: I've stayed here before an love the location. Close to IP Pavlova and a nice walk up to Namesti Miru. My room was large, warm and very comfortable. Bed was superb. Tea, coffee and water provided. We paid extra for breakfast once we had seen what was on offer! Great selection of hot and cold food, and lovely fresh honeycomb to go with the fresh breads!

Cons: My only comment is the shower bracket doesn't hold the shower attachment so you have to hold it and shower at the same time. Change the bracket please!

Good room at nice location with very good breakfast

Pros: Nice environment, large bedroom with very comfortable and clean bathroom. Very friendly staff and fantastic breakfast.

Cons: The carpet in de room is not very clean and caused me trouble sleeping at night as an allergic person. The airconditioning is rather noisy.

Great hotel

Pros: Spotlessly clean, eco-friendly hotel, lovely breakfast, lots of choice food on offer, friendly staff

Cons: The mattress on the bed was a little soft. I prefer a firm mattress!

Pros: The location, cleanliness of the hotel and friendliness of thr staff.

Pros: Very quiet! Good bed! I slept well! Public transport (tram and metro) around the corner and a very helpfull explanation of the public transport by the receptionist.

Cons: No tables for single travellers in the breakfastroom. A bar would be nice for the evenings ( for single business travelers)

Pros: Excellent location for the city. Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean. Would happily stay there again.
