Pros: Excellent location and very good price-to-room ratio. The kitchenette is a big plus. Very nice service, especially Mr. Thomas from the reception was incredibly helpful.

Pros: Comfortable and beautiful appearance, really clean room, nice service, convenient location.

Pros: Great value for money, the room was clean, very close to the city center, walkable distance. In the vecinity of the National Museum.

Pros: The guy at the reception was super nice, the room was comfortable and clean. It's located in a calm environment with all commodity around like the Metro A , tram, they are good restaurant around also.

Nice place

Pros: Clean room, staff is really nice, speaking English, only 25 min walk until city centre.

Cons: No slippers, few hangers for clothes, the shampoo stuck in the wall unable to use it properly, me personally I prefer a real key not a card, the bed not too comfy, needs a coffee machine instead of the kettle.

Pros: The location is great with easy access to most of Prague's attractions either on foot or by public transportation. The room is very large and clean. Vaclav is very helpful and friendly.

Cons: The reception is only open from 10-16. If you want to store your luggage in the hotel, you need to be aware of this (they do have a partner hotel where you may store the luggage, which I did not try). Also on my last day there the handle of the gate was a bit broken so it wasn't very easy to get in. I'm sure they will quickly fix this.

Great locate and very good value.

Pros: The venue was great, accessible and very clean. The loccation was perfect, just five minutes walk from Wencelas Square, you could not fault it. thanks.

Great stay!

Pros: It was really clean, and we were upgraded to a larger room once we arrived. The staff was really nice and told us how to get around the city and recommended us good places to eat. The location is great, 5 minutes from metro and tram stations. Loads of cafes and food places around as well. The rooms were warm and we had hot water all the time.

Cons: The only down side is that the reception opens at 10AM. We arrived early in the morning and we had to wait with our luggage.

Nice area, not too far out of centre, nice big room.

Pros: Location was near enough to centre but not right in the tourist area, I like walking so just walked in to it or to the train station, problem. Area and street were nice,, safe, not rough. I don't think there was an iron or ironing board, that's probably my only gripe. I think I saw an ironing board outside so maybe can ask for one (or it was hidden)? Time of year I stayed (September) temperature was ideal, no aircon so might be a bit hot in peak summer I'd imagine which is why I'll give an 8 not a 9? .. I want to give an 8.5 :) Room felt spacious, wifi as I remember was fine, certainly not bad! No issues with street noise. I had windows shut at night but certainly slept well, nice and quiet. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again.

Cons: The bottom door handle seemed to want to come off, I was worried I'd come back when staff were away and not be able to get in. Hope it's fixed by now, other than that no issues.
