Poland 🇵🇱

A great stay

Pros: Very friendly staff; super comfortable and clean room, nicely designed with a comfy mattress. :) Great location, right in the centre of the city, very close to public transport, so it was very easy to może around the whole Prague.

Cons: We did miss the scrambled eggs for breakfast though.. It was the first time we stayed at the middle - rank hotel that didn't serve this dish for breakfast. 😔Apart from that we enjoyed our stay at Hotel Beranek a lot. 🧡

Pros: Very good location and helpful staff We had a triple room and it was very spacious and comfortable with enough storage for our luggage. Breakfast choices were basic but very decent for the price. It fills you up just fine

Cons: Room was a bit outdated but I think they are already renovating the rooms !!

Family stay to explore Prague

Pros: Very clean and bright. The reception is small and there is no real lobby on the ground floor but the personal was very helpful and friendly.

Cons: No parking spaces in the hotel. If you do not reserve one before, it's fully booked and you have to go to private parking companies like Mr. Parkit which cost 25 euros a day. Crazy! The walls of the rooms are very thin. You can hear other guest / families. The room was very small for the price we payed.

Pros: This is our third time in this hotel and it tells a lot 🙃. We love this hotel, the location, the staff, the facilities, the beds, the shower, the breakfast... everything......

Pros: Location, breakfast, gorgeous and clean bathroom and room overall, friendly staff

Cons: Room close to lift - loud vibration and noise, pillow was extremely uncomfortable - very basic and felt too cheap - next day issue with back/neck. A/C unit not working

Pros: Great staff at the reception, they’re super friendly and helpful. They upgraded my room – it was really nice, and I felt happier after a super long working day. Also, they didn’t mind that I stayed in the lobby on the 1st floor as long as I needed There’re black out curtains, shampoo aka shower gel, coffee and tea in the room. Breakfast was good!

Cons: Noise from the street (trams, loud music at 2 am). That was the only issue

A great stay!

Pros: This is a hotel I would like to return to many times. Everything was great, but I was most impressed by the attitude of the staff. We arrived very early in the morning, but not only were we able to check-in immediately, but we were also offered breakfast. Even though it was not included in the price. Exceptional location, very comfortable beds and fabulous Prague, of course!

Cons: Everything was great! Keep up the good work!
