the location is good and the staff is polite

Pros: the location is convenient and it provides the breakfast which is good.

Cons: the sound proofing is a bit weak, since the hotel is located near the main road, i still heard noise from the vehicles at the midnight.

Pros: Really good breakfast and good the option of replacing keys with codes. Pleasent atmosphere, nice internal garden.

Cons: Moquette on the floor, just as personal taste.

Pros: The location is really good, check in is easy and fast, in general feel really good with the hotel overall

Cons: Carpets were not 100% clean, something felt and when I looked under the bed was full of dust and in general that brings down the feeling of a clean room

Overall, an excellent stay!

Pros: Beautiful hotel in the center of Prague: excellent location in a quiet residential area near Wenceslas Square. The metro and tram stops are just a short walk from the hotel, allowing you to reach all parts of the city in max 15–20 minutes. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and equipped with all the comforts expected of a 4-star hotel. We had an issue with the electronic door lock, which was promptly resolved within about ten minutes. International breakfast included, fairly complete and very good overall.

Cons: The only two “negative” notes: \t•\twe were initially assigned a room different from the one I had specifically requested, but after reporting the issue to the reception, they changed our room to an even better one than the one booked, at no extra charge; \t•\tthe reception is located in another hotel, about one hundred meters away along the same street. The receptionist was very professional and helpful, speaks fluent English and also knows other languages, including Italian.

Cons: TV only had Polish,Rumanian channels or radio ,should have some international channels ,news CNN,BBC,SKY etc .

NICE! but a little shortcoming at the end

Pros: Everything was fine, and the hotel staff was very helpful in meeting our needs, and the location was absolutely perfect! The right thing for us as a family of 4.

Cons: We had a tiny problem with the taxi service on the way back. The hotel arranged transportation to and from the airport and said they accepted cards and cash (because I asked), but in the end, the taxi driver only accepted cash, so we had trouble finding an ATM because we were short on cash.
