Reasonable Hotel, close to old town staff attentivel

Pros: Staff were so helpful excellent I say, you could get coffee throughout the day no charge .

Pros: Staff really friendly. Room was comfortable. Free tea & coffee available in rooms and in reception area. Breakfast really good. Great location.

Xmas markets in a great city

Pros: Location was very good for the markets and walks along the river, Breakfast was fresh and quite a bit of chose. Rooms and hallway nice and warm and needed at this time of year.

Cons: On Arrival which was late in the evening we had no Towels in the room, and i also asked for an extra pillow which wasn't available until the next day! In the envelope with room keys was a drinks voucher for the bar, which also wasn't made clear to us on arrival. The young lady on reception during the day was very helpful though

Excellent stay

Pros: Lovely staff very helpful with anything we needed tbem for thanks for the late checkout , we were travelling with my mum so it was greatly appreciated . Very good location close to everything

Good value for money, good breakfast !

Pros: The location of the hotel is very good. It was in a quiet area despite not far away from a couple of main roads. Thankfully the walk to the Old Town Square, 8-10 minutes walk, was through mainly quiet streets.

Cons: The hotel doesn't change bed-linen daily unless you specifically request it, which I think is an excellent idea for our environment. But, I wish the bed could have been tidied up a little.

Really good value for money. Comfortable rooms and close enough to main square.

Pros: Very Good breakfast included. Hotel is a relatively short walk to the main square. Lady behind the desk helped us get to the airport, when our Uber cancelled, leaving us in the lurch.

Cons: Room was only half cleaned as they didn't make the beds for some reason.

Loved Prague and hotel was perfect for us.

Pros: Breakfast was great and location was perfect. We could walk everywhere

Cons: The shower in tub with small shower door was tricky!!! Could have used something on tub floor. Handle very low for tub no help when showering. Getting soap etc out of dispensers was tricky!

Pros: Happy, welcoming personal, when we arrived early, they were quick to take our luggage show us on a map where we were situated. It met our expectations as to how close it was to the things we wanted to see
