Pros: Stylish. Friendly and helpful staff. Room had everything we needed. Really comfy. Opening windows for fresh air. Nice bar and coffee at the hotel.

Cons: Nothing! I would love to stay again.

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, largely thanks to the amazing staff. Everyone was warm, professional, and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. A special thanks to Melvin and Mohammad at reception, who were both incredibly helpful and accommodating. The General Manager, Manfred, also made a huge impression with his attentiveness and care , it really made me feel valued as a guest. Manmum at the café was lovely too, welcoming and friendly, making food even more enjoyable. Speaking of food, breakfast, it was excellent — a healthy variety of options, with freshly made bread that was especially delicious. Everything was fresh and thoughtfully prepared, starting the day perfectly. Overall, a fantastic experience with outstanding hospitality. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Good hotel in the heart of old town

Pros: Neat and clean, quite a spacious room and good use of space with good cabinet spaces

Cons: Some things are a bit more aesthetically pleasing than functional like certain light switches etc.

Excellent Hotel

Pros: Josef is a nice hotel with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Bathroom is quite spacious with all required toiletries. Location of the hotel is very good. To go around we didn't required to hire taxi or bus. we can reach by walking only. Main square is hardly 8 minute walk and palace is around 20 to 25 minute walk. Many restaurant, shopping area is at walking distance. We will again visit them next time when we are in city.

Cons: For vegetarian there is not much choice in breakfast.

Designer oasis in Old Town

Pros: Cool design led hotel with friendly staff. The inner courtyard/garden is a real bonus, somewhere peaceful to sit in between sightseeing. Most Old Town hotels don't have any external space.

Pros: Hotel was great, really friendly staff. They refill the mini bar everyday for free.

Cons: Toilet wasn't flushing properly which was very annoying

It was superb!

Pros: Even the smallest details have been taken into account! You have to stay at the hotel to experience it! The location was just right, short walking distance to the Old Town Square but away from the noise and crowd!

Cons: Nothing! I enjoyed my stay throughly!
