Good for a short break.
Pros: Great location and room was good for the length of stay. Staff really nice and helpful.
Cons: Double duvet for couples would have been nice instead of two single duvets.

Pros: It has good location, and value for price. Breakfast is nice.
Cons: Only issue I had, and it is not the staff's fault - walls were either thin between the rooms, or some guests had zero manners and were very loud after 22:00.

Overall, my experience was mixed. On the one hand, the hotel’s location, cleanliness, appearance, and breakfast were exc
Pros: The hotel itself and its location were excellent. It was situated in a very convenient area, extremely close to the Old Town, with easy access to the metro, buses, and public transportation in general, which made getting around very easy. The hotel was very nice, well maintained, and spotlessly clean. The rooms were clean and the overall impression was one of good organization and care. The breakfast, which was included in the price, was outstanding — one of the best hotel breakfasts I have had outside of Greece, with great variety and quality. The only minor downside in this part was the lack of disposable slippers in the room, which I consider a basic amenity, but this did not significantly affect the overall positive impression of the facilities
Cons: The only negative aspect, but a very significant one, was my experience with the staff’s attitude and lack of basic courtesy. From what I observed, this seems to be a more general issue in the Czech Republic, even among people working in tourism (such as shop staff and waiters), but here I am referring specifically to this hotel. The staff spoke English very well, so communication was not an issue. However, their behavior felt indifferent and impolite in a passive way. For example, when we arrived at the reception carrying luggage and visibly tired and wet, there were two staff members talking to each other and looking at the computer. I said “hello,” but they did not even look at us or acknowledge our presence. They continued their conversation as if we were invisible. Not a simple “hello,” not a “one moment please, we will assist you shortly.” After several minutes, one of them left without saying anything, and the other finally asked in a cold manner whether we had a reservation, as if nothing had happened before. There was no shouting or offensive language, but this complete lack of acknowledgment was, in itself, a form of rudeness
