Hotel Residence Agnes is the best small hotel we have stayed at.

Pros: This hotel is just fantastic. The staff are welcoming, friendly and can’t do enough for you. Rooms are clean and nicely decorated. We honestly have never had such good customer service ever, from the lovely check in (with a coffe, while going over what to do and see in the city) to check out (and storing our bags for the day). They helped with booking tickets and making reservations at restaurants and even offered cab rides to destinations such as Prague Castle and the National Museum. We used their cab service to and from the airport too which made our trip seamless. When we visit Prague again we will be staying here.

The staff and service make this an outstanding hotel.

Pros: A wonderful hotel in the perfect location in the old town. Staff were outstanding and couldn’t do enough to make you feel welcomed and comfortable. Nothing was too much for them.

Great accommodation in the historic centre of Prague

Pros: One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The location, the comfortable room, the breakfast, and above all, the exceptional friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff are truly remarkable. A resounding excellent!

Amazing stay, very cozy, friendly, feels like home!

Pros: literally EVERYTHING. Amazing service, Frank and all the team were really really above all expectations. Breakfast was delicious. Since the first moment we stepped in the hotel they received us with hot chocolate (or anything we would ask for). The driver was really nice and showed us around the city. The recommendations for restaurants and places to go also came from the hotel staff and exceeded out expectations.

Cons: Everything was amazing, there is really nothing we didnt like except not living there =)

Pros: The hosts Frank and Natalie are amazing. Together with their team they provide a service we have never experienced in our many years of travel. Always providing not just a grand service but many personal touches like a warm drink , wine ,something to snack advice on where to visit and eat They even transported by van and their driver for our family to get to the train station .when we checked out You’ll fall in love with this boutique hotel in a great location of Old Town .Absolutely no hesitation to rate it a 10 out of 10 and say it’s a must stay

Pros: The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. They even arranged private transport to the Prague Castle and on our departure to the main railway station. A great location, central but not too close to crowded parts of the Old Town.

Pros: Is a wonderful Hotel. A beautiful Boutique Hotel. The Owner Mr. Frank is so nice and kind. You feel yourself like at home. Amazing. Very reccomended.
