Château Liblice

A beautiful experience at the chateau, helpful staff and great facilities.

Pros: Very neatly maintained, everything works perfectly

Cons: The breakfast options were limited, could be better with the spread overall.

Pros: I was positively surprised with the hotel, did not expect such a nice venue! The building was amazing, the area around as well. The rooms were clean. Unfortunately I might have booked a simple room without realizing, as it did not look like on the pictures of booking.com, but this is my problem. I would recommend for sure the hotel. The dinner and the service were excellent, the staff very friendly.

Cons: The room was a bit outdated.

Chateau Liblice is a real life fairytale!

Pros: WOW! I stumbled upon Chateau Liblice totally by chance on Booking while searching for accommodations near Melnik! What a fabulous surprise it turned out to be! 🎉 It's an absolutely stunning historic place, impeccably maintained, with amazing staff, service, and food! 🍽️ I chose the bridal suite, and it was one of the most beautiful places we’ve stayed in yet! The breakfast was delicious, too! 🥐✨

Lovely time capsule from the old world, but modernized and with superb service

Pros: Amazing old style hotel, excellent location near Prague and only a few km from the highway. They fullfilled our special requests related to our dog and took very good care of us. Very nice breakfast too.

Cons: It would be nice if the hotel had a pool and if sauna was working, that would complement our stay since it was a hot summer day

Pros: The property is very well maintained as well as the surrounding areas. The room that we got to stay in, was spacious, comfortable and clean. In addition our dog was happy with her bed and water bowl that she received.

Cons: The breakfast was ok, but it could be improved by adding more options to the buffet.

Pros: Great place to relax. Amazing beautiful castle in the mittle of nowhere.

Amazing experience.

Pros: It’s absolutely amazing and magic place. Old baroque castle preserved, renovated and adapted well to the 21st century needs. All staff was very professional and nice. Everything was very clean. The restaurant is great offering great tasty meals including locally produced good wines.

Superb chateau experience in a country setting.

Pros: Superb breakfast. Amazing terrace for afternoon drinks. Ballroom for dinner. Great chateau experience. Special shout to waiter Lukas. Staff helpful and allowed us up onto chateau balcony for photos.

Cons: Not easy to get there by bike because some local roads very busy with trucks.

Pros: One of the best places we stayed in on this trip. The place is quite isolated in the country side so it is very quiet and the area is very nice. The room we got was in the main building and it was very spacious, the bed was very comfortable. The place itself was very beautiful, highly recommended.

Romantic stay at a beautiful chateau.

Pros: Absolutely stunning location, superb views, beautiful view on the nicely reconstructed chateau from the garden, beautiful spacy room and comfy bed. Very friendly and helpfull staff. Very quiet location. It was my dream to sleap in the chateau once and this dream came true :-). It is a very romantic place for perfect stay with your significant other or with family. We came on bikes and they have a storage for them. There is also a big car parking and a little children playground in front of the chateau. It must be nice also for a conference or wedding. We appreciated a personal letter we found in the room.

Cons: The room was a bit warm (we visited in hot summer) but what can you do - it is an old building. You can hardly put an air conditioning there. We could survive, no big problem. But I was a bit disappointed by the cuisine during the dinner. The starters were very nice, but as a main we ordered vegetarian pasta and fish with mashed potatoes and that tasted kind of like from school canteen. The biggest disappointment was chocolate fondant which was not melted inside (although the taste of it was very good). I would expect a bit finer cuisine at this place, but maybe we are just too high demanding :-). The waiter was very kind and professional. Overall it was a very nice stay and I absolutely recommend it.
