Very Good

Pros: Great location for my needs. Friendly staff, good clean hotel, great food in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner, and at a good price.

Cons: No coffee or tea making facilities in the room, although I wasn't expecting any, it would be good.

Ideal for a stop in Melnik

Pros: The hotel is located next to the bus terminal and in 10min walk from the train station and Melnik Old City Center. Our room was quite big and very quiet as oriented to the tennis courts. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast buffet offered a good choice. There is also a restaurant with bar.

Modern, no fuss accommodation, with more character than an average 'chain' hotel.

Pros: Strategically located between railway station, bus station and town centre. Friendly and very helpful staff, nice restaurant and apparently good fitness and sporting facilities, though we did not take advantage of these.

Cons: Advice on opening windows would have been helpful. Open the one without the fly-screen and you will get bitten.

Pros: Comfortable beds, nice restaurant in hotel building. There are locked bike storages behind the hotel.

Cons: We had complications at check-in, but finally solved.

Naprostá spokojenost s ubytováním

Pros: Pokoj byl čistý, včetně koupelny. Postel byla široká a vyhovovala mi i tvrdší matrace a polštář, což se v každém ubytovací zařízení netrefí do mých preferencí. Poměr ceny a kvality byl naprosto dostačující. Oceňuji možnost bezplatného zrušení rezervace ještě v den příjezdu do hodiny od začátku check‑inu a také platbu až na místě a pozdní check-in. Velmi mě potěšilo, že mi vyšli vstříc se snídaňovým balíčkem, protože jsem se musela odhlásit dříve. Kdybych si měla znovu vybrat ubytování, zvolila bych opět tento hotel.

Cons: Nemám co dodat.

Pros: Jó helyen van, nagy parkolóval. A szoba ár-érték arányban megfelelő. A recepción dolgozók kedvesek.

Cons: A fürdőszoba lehetett volna jobban kitakarítva.

Pros: Nic co by se dalo vytknout, od recepce po personál restaurace nebo úklid, prostě skvělé ubytování a velice chutná kuchyně, to nejen na snídaně ale hlavně na večeři, poctivé vaření, skvělý servis, děkujeme.

Cons: Nic mě nenapadá
