Pros: Location is best of best , easy to get to old town and many tourist spots, all waking distance and near the river and close to all transportation. All the staff at the reception day and night all were helpful and kind and very welcoming indeed which made me like my second home. The housekeeping I must mention were really so excellent in their work and spotless clean as always whenever I come back from outside and best of all so quick and you dont need to remind them to come like many other hotels I went, thats a real bonus plus the bar is complimentary . Breakfast was awesome and done freshly everyday and cooked by chef daily . The cafe of the hotel at entrance was my favorite place to relax and having so many things on the menu for any time on the day. Hotel is highly recommended to any tourist coming to Prague especially first time visitors like me. I be coming to this hotel definitely in the future whenever I come to Prague

Pros: We stayed at the Maximilian Hotel for three nights, and the experience was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed by the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. A special thanks goes to Mr. Aggelos from the reception team, who went above and beyond by offering us a free room upgrade and sharing excellent tips and useful information for exploring the city. His kindness truly made our stay even more memorable. The room was spotless, extremely clean, and very comfortable, providing the perfect place to relax after long days of sightseeing. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, and the level of care and attention to detail was impressive. We would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

I’d happily recommend Hotel Maximilian as it has such character and yet has modern and generous ame.

Pros: We did not have breakfast or a meal. Only a glass of wine downstairs. The staff there were very friendly. The reception staff were excellent and very welcoming. They gave us good directions, suggestions with meals and always were happy to help. The housekeeping was also very thorough. Also great were the free drinks in the room fridge that were topped up daily. The location close to the old town square but still on a quiet street was perfect for us

Pros: We arrived at the hotel around 11:00 a.m. tired from the long flight. At the reception and we were warmly welcomed. We thought we will have to store the luggage but they surprised us with early check-in which we really appreciate. The staff was so helpful. The room was clean and had a refrigerator with refilled beverages. The hotel restaurant serves delicious food. Its location is perfect.

Pros: Perfect service. The hotel was stunning and we loved the facilities. The location was also wonderful. But most importantly, we had such caring service. I am so sorry I forgot to get names but my friend was very ill and the gentleman at the front desk helped us to get everything we needed to go to hospital. We are so appreciative for the kindness that went above and beyond just being good at one’s job. Thank you so much. Would recommend to everyone.
