Pros: Very good location, the staff was very helpful and friendly. Great breakfast and comfortable room.

Cons: During some days the reception area was closed and we had to enter or exit the hotel through the hotel restaurant, which was kind of weird

Pros: I stayed at that hotel, and it was really good. It was very close to all amenities, just a 5-10 minute walk away. The receptionist, Carolina, was very friendly and an amazing gentlewoman.

Very good value for the price

Pros: The location is great, close from everywhere in the city center The breakfast was also good.

Cons: The only complaint is the shower temperature which was changing from hot to cold without touching the tab

You get what you pay for ..

Pros: I was in a foreign country, and just had fight with my bf . .so I was stressed, tired and a long way from home. But the guy on the check in desk - Rudy was so handsome with a cute smile.... Immediately I felt at ease, and was happier.

Cons: My phone charging plug exploded when I plugged it in to charge... And nobody was aware of it.... After 3 hours of waiting to see if someone would come to check what the issue was I finally went downstairs to speak to reception. Even though there wasn't a system in place to notify them of the issue (which resulted in the electrics being cut off for all that time)..... When reception were told about it (woman on reception) she was great, she locked the doors, came upstairs and knew exactly how to deal with it. ----------------------- The breakfast was a bit basic... Not a lot of options. And everything was self serve (teas, coffees, etc)
