Fabulous hotel, Monica and Lubush and all the staff were so good. Rooms spotless, biggest room and bathroom we have been

Pros: The location was just right. Easy to get to from the airport. 15min walk down the hill to the old town and Charles bridge. Lots to see on the way down. Close to all the sights.

Cons: A little dated, however work is underway to update.

Not as I expected bad service from breakfast staff

Pros: Classic quality but needs a bit of attention to spruce it up

Cons: Breakfast ? Yes everything you want but 2 major problems 1/if I was at a Chinese buffet I could understand the waiters collecting my empty dishes quickly ? But breakfast is start of the day and relax ? Not pleased at all when I finished a coffee, juice, cereal the staff swooped and took it away? It was so annoying!!!!!! Let me finish my meal then clear the table 2/ Not 1 person asked about allergies and when I asked if the cakes had nuts? The waiter had no idea and shrugged his shoulders ? Not the attitude I expected 3/179Kc for a water or juice that’s over £6!!!!!!! 4/Do not order snacks? I ordered a pizza which was cremated and cracked 2 teeth when I took a bite, not happy at all

A lovely hotel with easy access to trams to get into centre of Prague. Christmas lights were the best we’ve seen.

Pros: Beautiful building nicely decorated. The wellness centre was lovely, clean and a much needed after days out in the cold. The bedroom was exceptional. Breakfast amazing

all in all I would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Prague.

Pros: couldn't fault the members of staff that we dealt with during our stay, very friendly and willing to help.

Cons: just a little niggle but more tea bags and milk cartons would be appreciated in the room.

Great hotel for luxurious stay in Prague

Pros: The hotel is very beautiful, in style of Old Prague, cozy, spatious rooms, which are cleaned daily. Big bathrooms, separate douch and bath tub, as well as toilet. Nespresso machine and daily suplements of coffee capsules. The staff is very polite, breakfast is rich and offers variety of hot and cold dishes, traditional cakes and fruits. There is a bar for tge evening drinks and library for relaxation and board gsmes time. Minutes walk to the Prague Castle, Petrin tower. Prague is very beautiful town.

Cons: It is a little bit far drom the main attractions for Christmas, but Uber is very affordable in Prague, and in other season than winter itvwould be a good exercise to walk down. There is a tram station accross the hotel, but we were a group of 6 and uber seemed more comforrable for us.

Pros: hotel in a pleasant location. Good Breakfast choice. Also do snacks in the evening. Tram stop nearby-can purchase tickets in hotel. A pleasant walk down to old/new town.. A bit of a hill on the way back. though. plenty of bars on the way back that are usually quieter than mala strana or across the river .plenty of eateries to find that seem quite hidden away. The Black Bull just down the Road towards the castle is great pub ( u cerneho vola ) ...Strahov monastery. 2mins away brews its own beer and does food. Plenty to see in the castle district.

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Savoy and would happily return. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt elegant, calm, and very well maintained. My room was comfortable, cosy, and cleaned to a high standard each day, which I really appreciated after long days of exploring. The location was also excellent, making it easy to get around. The reason I am giving a 9 instead of 10 is due to two small issues. On arrival, I did notice 2–3 hairs on the bed clothes, which was a little disappointing. Then, on my last night, although housekeeping had done a great job freshening up the room, they accidentally forgot to replace the toilet roll. As it was late and I had an early start, I was too tired to call reception and ended up using tissues instead. These were minor inconveniences in an otherwise fantastic stay. Overall, Hotel Savoy provided a memorable experience, and I would still highly recommend it.

Cons: There were a few hairs on the bed clothes when I first arrived, and on my last night the toilet roll wasn’t replaced after housekeeping refreshed the room. Small things, but worth mentioning.
