Pros: Everything! All the staff - so polite and helpfull. They just made our stay very special - just for the staff I want to add 10**********. The rooms - quiet, cosy, ah so comfortable. The breakfast - very good. The location - could not be better.

Cons: Just little bit better sign above the main entrance.

Great stay. Great service. Private spa was terrific.

Pros: Location is perfect. Right in the old town at the foot of the castle. Private spa was great.

Cons: Bathtube could be updated/fix. There were humidity spot on the ceiling

Pros: Staff friendly and efficient. Hotel stylish, clean and comfortable and it was situated in a beautiful part of town, close to the castle.

Cons: Breakfast was really nice but a little disorganised sometimes. When we were there it was very busy at breakfast times and sorties, we would run out of bowls / cutlery and it wasnt always easy to order tea and coffee or get a space to sit. That said, this really is being picky because the staff were really lovely and clearly working very hard and were always extremely helpful when we asked .

Friendly quiet hotel ,close to the stunning castle.

Pros: Great location,away from the main tourist area but easy to walk to!Close to the castle & monastery.Nice & quiet.Great room with a fantastic big bath.Fabulous breakfast & lovely staff.

Cons: Minor dislikes ! Piped Xmas music in breakfast area!! No comfy chair in the bedroom.

Beautiful hotel, small rooms

Pros: Hotel is in very authentic building, unique design, very cozy, good atmosphere, friendly staff. Excellent breakfast and great service. Location is great, in a nice street near the castle. Hotel is pet friendly.

Cons: It was quite problematic with parking - their parking is in a different place, you have to walk from there about 15 min, it costs 25 eur per day. Our room was very small, we didn’t have enough space for our luggage. And we didn’t like the toilet-bathroom, it is just a tiny wall, it’s quite open so you can hear/see/smell everything. Strange choise to leave it like that.

Pros: Super location close to the castle and Charles Bridge. The room was relatively spacious for a city centre hotel and it was great to have facilities such as a fridge and coffee machine. The breakfast was absolutely outstanding and the staff excellent.

Cons: The room was maybe a little dark and I would prefer to see the end of soaps and lotions in tiny bottles to reduce plastic waste. These are just suggestions and we have no complaints.

Pros: Pleasant hotel with nice design and good beds, in the room you have everything you need everything is arranged very thoughtful. Thank you! The breakfast also was great a lot of choice and good quality.

Pros: Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Breakfast was superb with large choice of tasty options. Location of the hotel is deal.

Cons: The room wasn't as described and as shown on photos. It was too tight with low ceiling over the bed and table, which is not ideal for tall people.
