Small Luxury Palace Residence

Pros: The rooms are beautiful and it feels very grand. We stayed in January and there was snow, but the room was warm, beds very comfortable and bath was luxurious. Staff responded instantly to any questions

Cons: It was perfect

Pros: Huge suite. Great location. Managed to get a late check put too.

Cons: You can store your luggage but it's not secure, so we didn't put it there, we went straight to the airport. Also, we secured an extra hour for checkout,but nobody told the cleaner,who attempted to open the door at 10am. It was quite the task getting her to understand.

Reception area needs cleaning and staff but the rest is good

Pros: The room was very spacious and the design was unique... being on two levels with a jacuzzi bathtub downstairs (the jacuzzi didn't work sadly). We really liked the room which had a big comfortable bed and a nice little dining space. The location is very good as it's only few minutes walk from the castle

Cons: The entrance of the hotel is very small, there's no reception and it was in construction and quite dirty and weird, also there was no tv in the room.

Pros: central location right in the heart of prague palace area. shops cafes bars all on the same street. cute roof top terrace with views. quiet room with comfortable bed and sitting space. small fridge and kettle.

Cons: nothing it was great

Pros: Very central location, we walked everywhere from this property. It was clean and warm. The cleaning lady was there when we arrived and as our room has already been cleaned by then, we could check in well before the official check-in time. All instructions and codes were clear and worked perfectly.

Cons: I didn't realise at the time of booking that the property didn't have staff on reception which I would have liked in case of any issues. We didn't have any problems though.

Old town gem

Pros: Location was perfect. Comfy rooms with all we needed .

Cons: Minor adjustments reccomended.Kitchen needed a sink plug to wash up. Could do with extra utensils to cook with , also gas cook top could do with a striker or advise guests to bring a lighter . Perhaps shower waste may need a clean out .very slow to drain. Purely constructive critisisms.

Beautiful clean and welcoming

Pros: Spacious, clean, warm and welcoming. Thought we had stepped into a 5 star room. Beautiful layout of the room from the clear glass walkway as your enter there room which goes over the corner bath to the step up into the bedroom. Just amazing

Pros: 10 minute walk to Charles Bridge and the old town. Lots of good restaurants nearby at affordable prices. Comfortable and warm accommodation with a good shower. Kettle, fridge and safe provided.

Cons: No staff anywhere to address potential problems. Bring your own coffee, tea, shower gel etc as none provided beyond the first night.

Pros: This place has an excellent location in the middle of Mala Strana which is the most historical part of Prague with amazing atmosphere. An entire building and the room felt like travelling through time. I definitely recommend it.

Amazing and valuable place to stay 100%!

Pros: The property is gorgeous , glamorous and comfortable. Close to town and castle too, very well located but also very comfortable and noise cancelling. Makes you feel you are in other era.

Cons: Nothing to complain
