Pros: Everything was very nice. Friendly stuff and very good breakfast with amazing options.

Cons: The only thing that I didn’t like was that the room was close to the elevator and it was quite noisy.

Lovely city, lovely people, hotel was fab

Pros: Very welcoming, staff were lovely, hotel very warm and clean. Breakfast was excellent and dinner in the bar was delicious! Easy commute into Prague, tram stop right outside.

Pros: Beautiful hotel. Need to tram and near to a central point to get on the tour bus.

Cons: Confront, location and good customer service. Brilliant Restaurant no bed to eat out. Swimming pool. Travelled with my son and there is swim time for kids and adults lovely.

Winter break

Pros: The breakfast was delicious, the staff was friendly and very helpful as we arrived after the restaurant had closed for the day and they gave us delivery options. They unclogged our toilet seat straight after we asked, and the staff at the spa were very helpful and the massage was amazing! The swimming pool has a more peaceful and comfortable hour without children from 8-10pm which I think is great for people without children.

Cons: The housekeeping staff were tidying our room and changing our towels every time we had asked but they never changed our bed sheets, pillow cases, duvet covers. The swimming pool temperature was a bit cold for my taste. 28 degrees celcious.

Overall good stay

Pros: We stayed at Hotel Star Pyramida for two nights and overall had a very pleasant experience. The staff was excellent – friendly, helpful, and professional from check-in to check-out. The breakfast was great with a wide selection and very good quality food. Everyone can find something they like. We also really appreciated the blackout curtains in the room – a big plus when traveling with a small child.

Cons: A small downside was the swimming pool, as the water felt a bit colder than expected. The kids’ corner could also be better maintained, as it looked slightly worn. Another thing worth mentioning for parents: the hotel offers baby cots, which is great, but the beds have separate European-style mattresses instead of one large mattress. For parents who practice co-sleeping, this isn’t ideal.
