Pros: Excellent location and our room was very spacious. Not the most up-to-date hotel, but in this case it added to its charm. Would definitely recommend.

Pros: Absolutely wonderful experience! Unique. So lovely hotel including super staff. This is what we want from hotel. Not a standard place but instead a good experiences. Breakfast outside the hotel was so good.

Pros: Great location, in the heart of the old town, near the central square, close to Charles Bridge. The room is warm, there was a large shower and a separate jacuzzi. A huge, comfortable bed.

Cons: Breakfast is served in another hotel and you have to go there, and it's not very convenient, especially in winter.

The style of the hotel fitted perfectly to the old city center of Prague.

Pros: Location was perfect, rooms where huge, staff was friendly. Safe parking.

Cons: There was bad smell in the bathroom. Without this, we would have rated 10.

Pros: We had large room on 4th floor which was lovely. Also had added bonus of balcony amd view if top of church . Nice big shower and jacuzzi bath too. Breakfast is in sister hotel 90 seconds around the corner. Breakfast was standard European breakfast and good (nb: the breakfast food is split across 2 dining rooms that noone told us first day. Hot is on room to right, cold on the left)

Cons: Not an issue, but no lift in hotel so you need to walk stairs.

Great location and amazing room

Pros: We stayed in the room in the picture on the 4th floor, it was large and light as in the image and we loved the access to the roof terrace - a great way to start and finish each day having a quiet moment above the rooftops especially with the beautiful weather we had. The hotel is in a fantastic location right in the heart of the Old Town.

Cons: The room is on the fourth floor and there are no lifts - it was a tough climb after long days walking the city (but worth it for the room and the rooftop balcony!), I wouldn’t recommend the room for anyone who struggles with stairs

Pros: Lovely accommodation with a balcony which,as smokers,we very much appreciated. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is ideally situated within two minutes of the Old Town square. We would certainly recommend this hotel and will,hopefully,return next year.

Magnificent

Pros: Great friendly helpful staff. Amazing location and historical building and the best driver in the world with a massage seat.

Cons: Too many steps for older people but understandable due to the historical building, so make sure to ask for lower floor if you are older and can't walk too many steps.
