Excellent location, Great Staff and very convenient and comfortable

Pros: Location Very friendly and attentive Staff Comfortable Rooms Will definitely stay again

Cons: Not the properties fault, but you can hear the odd party people passing past in the early hours. Part of being in a prime location

An historical building in a great location

Pros: Very helpful receptionist who is accommodating. Great location just right next to the square.

Cons: There was a bug called Varied Carpet Beetle(aka Anthrenus verbasci) appeared on the bed, but I didn’t raise the issue because I only slept for one night.

Pros: I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent – I was able to walk from the train station, and it’s right next to the central market, which is very convenient. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was varied and tasty. The hotel also has its own restaurant where you can have lunch and dinner, offering large portions and good food.

Cons: Although the location is very convenient, it can also be a significant downside. Because the hotel is so central, many drunk people pass by late at night shouting, which makes it difficult to sleep. Unfortunately, the window does not close properly, so the noise continues throughout the night. As a suggestion, the light bulbs could be replaced with brighter and warmer ones, as even with all the lights on, the room feels too dim and it’s hard to see properly. The room itself was generally clean. However, the bathroom needs more attention, especially the light fixtures, which had accumulated a lot of dust and cobwebs.

I will absolutely stay here again when I return to Prague in winter.

Pros: The location is unbeatable with just 50 steps, if that, to Old Town Square. Many of Prague's most notable sites (Jewish Quarter, Museum of Decorative Arts, Medieval Underground Tour, Klementinum Library, Clock Tower, Wenceslas Square and the two Mucha Museums) are absolutely within walking distance. The exceptional National Museum is a bit of a hike but very well worth it. Start off in the dome on the top floor for a breathtaking view and work your way down. The trams and subway are nearby and no charge if you're 65+. The hotel is very quiet and the buffet breakfast is superb. The dinners are also excellent and generous portions. I highly recommend the goulash or roast duck. The room is very spacious and clean; the bathroom is huge with a big and DEEP tub and boasts a heated rack for towels. The front desk staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. I'm having issues uploading more property photos or I would have done so.

Cons: You have to sign in to the WiFi each time you get back to the hotel, so I probably used more roaming than I would have, had my phone automatically switched back to WiFi.

Definately will stay there again!

Pros: Very good location. Breakfast time was convenient for all of us - early birds and owls :) and we liked variety of food . Dinner at the restaurant in the cold winter evening was a real pleasure. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. We booked room for 3 people and it did not disappoint.

Cons: The only nuisance what you need to take into account is rather noisy street. Buildings around make a kind of well and therefore the acoustic effects, even from a normal conversation, are very pronounced. However, since we had a great days walking around old city, this was just minor inconvenience and did not affect our sleep . Beauty of location and friendly staff overweights noise from passing by loud tourists.
