Beautiful Hotel in perfect location

Pros: Location is perfect. I was in room 213 right across from the Astronomical Clock in the heart of the old town. Could not have picked a better spot.

Cons: No kettle facility in room for tea/coffee. Had to climb over the side of bath to have a shower (not ideal when mobility is an issue). I personally prefer a roll of toilet paper instead of pulling off sheet by sheet, just my personal preference. Would have loved to be able to dim the lamps on the beside lockers. All small things from an otherwise beautiful hotel. Also advertising food in restaurant until 7pm but I tried one day after 6pm and was told only coffee and cake which was not ideal after a long day

Perfect location to be in the middle of it all in Prague old town

Pros: Large comfortable and warm bedroom overlooking the astronomical clock and main square. Windows open to see and hear the clock strike. Old property hotel so full of character. Some reviews bemoan noise outside but its easily tolerable and certainly did not negatively affect us. Pleasant old fashioned Mozart cafe for breakfast again overlooking the square

Cons: Room very hot on arrival but easily regulated. A few steps to negotiate inside. Room could've been cleaned more thoroughly. Shower over bath leaks onto bathroom floor

Pros: Our stay at the Grand Hotel Praha was wonderful. The hotel staff was very friendly and professional, starting with the reception, the Mozart restaurant, security, cleaning, and all the staff were excellent. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. Delicious breakfasts at the Mozart cafe. A spacious, beautiful deluxe room with antique furniture and a collection of clocks and porcelain figurines. We had a luxurious room with antique furniture, paintings, and frescoes on the ceiling. The place is amazing, we recommend it.

We had booked the Presidential Suite and the view was simply amazing and the suite itself was beautiful.

Pros: The location was superb, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly and the breakfast was really good!

Cons: Nothing really! We had a lovely stay!

Fantastic location and breakfast

Pros: Lovely hotel, the location was perfect for us being in the town centre. We requested a viewing of the astronomical clock, which was fulfilled. It's not the most quiet room, but if you book a room overlooking a busy town square, what do you expect? The complimentary breakfasts were wonderful and the staff were so friendly. I hope that I'll have the opportunity to stay here again.

Pros: location was exactly where I wanted to be Room was nice but hot, tea and coffee facilities would have been nice especially with the price we paid Breakfast wasnt for me - sorry not what I expected quite basic

Cons: Breakfast - not a great choice On the Sunday we had to go down to the restaurant next to the reception, breakfast was even more limited

High quality hotel with very helpful staff in perfect central location just short walk to main sites

Pros: Breakfast (buffet style) was excellent - especially the frankfurters and coffee! Staff were keen to help (esp. Oda) and rooms were generous and clean

Fabulous city stay, great location

Pros: Fabulous location, very central, great size room, really comfy bed

Cons: Due to it being located right opposite the Astronomical Clock there was a lot of crowd gathering, but not the hotel’s fault
