Beautiful hotel in the heart of the city, stunning rooms/public areas, very good customer service

Pros: Stunning suite with beautiful old period furniture. Room was spotless and large (room 106) There was a separate sitting area with an additional tv. Location is excellent 2 minute walk to astronomical clock. We didnt use trams because everything was within walking distance. Restaurants, bars and attractions on your doorstep. Hotel staff provided very good customer service. When we left early on our last day the hotel had provided a packed breakfast for us which was a very nice touch. They can also provide hotel transfers 40 euros each way was but an uber would be cheaper its a 30 minute ride or take a tram.

Cons: Breakfast was ok but having to go down stairs to the buffet to then go back up stairs to eat was a little chaotic. There were tables in the buffet basement area but this was cramped when full with other diners. Small side plates were provided for the hot buffet options but too small to place all items available on the plate so a little frustrating and requiring a few visits to the basement to top your plate up. We would suggest that you dont book breakfast with the room rate but pay for the ala carte breakfast which was served at you seat in the restaurant, there are also plenty of cafes right outside the hotel front door.

Fabulous hotel in the centre of beautiful Prague

Pros: The central location is fabulous as well as this being a beautiful hotel. The staff are welcoming, polite and cannot do enough for you. Very relaxing accommodation with great facilities.

Cons: Rooms 8 and 9 very noisy due to proximity to street

Pros: One of the most beautiful place in Prague, with a nice a la carte restaurant and bar

Cons: Poor breakfast and unpolite Restaurant staff at breakfast.

Wonderful location and facilities. Tolerance is needed for the restaurant staff.

Pros: Excellent location, spacious, clean and comfortable room

Cons: The restaurant staff are very rude. Beware, even though you are a guest, they still charge a cover charge to sit in the restaurant.

Pros: full Breakfast, excellent restaurant, best location (in the heart of old town),beautiful decor, incredibly comfortable beds

Cons: this hotel does not provide wellness facitilities (or if it does i was not made aware of it) so if you are looking for spa, treatments, gym, pool etc this isnt your place

A perfect place for a comfortable stay in the heart of the old town of Prague.

Pros: Central position - lovely old world style, with all the modern comforts. The staff were friendly, helpful and very efficient.

Pros: Amazing location, really central and easy to get too. I liked that it was central, great party of town away from hen parties/stag do's.

Great addition to our break.

Excellent stay in centre of the old town

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff. Superb location just off the old town square We had a junior suite and the romm was extremely spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was buffet style but good quality (especially the partries!) and regularly replenished

Cons: Hot water ran out in the morning - apparently this is a frequent problem when the hotel is full as local planning rules prevent more boilers . So very hot at 0700, ok at 0730, but coolish at 0800
