U Stare Pani - At the Old Lady Hotel

Brilliant time at the hotel, friendly staff and great location to explore Prague!

Pros: The property is bang in the middle of the old town and was a great to reach the bars. It was near some great brunch and food places and a 3 min walk from the main square so it was perfect. It also has a jazz club which was free to us. Amazing staff who were there 24/7 and gave us free drinks on new years!

Cons: Toilet is in a different room to the sink but I think this is the design in many Czech hotels

Nice hotel in a good position

Pros: The hotel is nice, a little bit old style but a very good position close to everything you need to see. Had room on the front so it was a bit noisy from the street but could handle it. A lot of restaurants around. Beds comfortable. I would change the pillows but it's ok. Really nice people in the hotel, good breakfast 👍 I would and will recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you

Cons: Nothing really what I can or the hotel worry about. Only really few bits about painting, posters on walls had corners out but really nothing major. I would recommend putting USB sockets into rooms. We were happy to stay there.

Perfect location

Pros: Excellent location right in the very center of the Old town, few hundred meters from the public metro from the airport. Stayed 4 nights. Complained about some strange noise coming from the inner yard in the early hours of the morning the manager went above and beyond to change my room, the next 3 nights were totally quiet. Breakfast is plentiful with some warm food suggestions, great coffee machine. Overall completely satisfied.

Pros: Spotless, I must say, and the room really smelled good and nice too. I noticed how cleaners were always on the go to clean. Everyone greeted me and had such a good vibe. I love how the staff treats guests. They are very accommodating. Personally, they asked if I needed anything extra at check-in, and after checking out, I asked if I could store my luggage for a while and enjoy a little tour because I had an evening flight. also the Uber I booked would pick me up in their location. They offered good breakfast btw. Keep it up. Will book here again for sure.

Cons: The only thing lacking was a bidet/toilet spray. It would have been perfect if they had one. I hope they install one soon.

Pros: Spacious room, everything provided. Lift to second floor. Very close to Wenceslas Square.

Cons: Coffee machine at breakfast too complicated
