Lovely hotel - superb location!

Pros: The 2 bedroom appartment is HUGE! Very good price for the location VERY near the centre of the city. Great restaurant and bar in the building.

Cons: No locks on the bedroom, bathroom or toilet doors. Some people like privacy! The shower holder was floppy - would only take a screwdriver and 10 seconds to fix!

Great location, great staff, horrific beds.

Pros: The reception team were friendly and approachable. The room we were given was nothing like the pictures on booking.com and they upgraded us for free.

Cons: The beds are so hard, it’s like sleeping on the floor.

Perfect little last minute stay, stunning bar/resturant underneath.

Pros: Amazing last minute place to stay. Great location close to everything you could need.

Cons: Only thing was the bed. It was quite a solid hard bed. However fine after a few drinks.

Pros: Great staff and attentive. We stayed at 3 different rooms and all of them were great. The restaurant of the hotel is very good and have a great breakfast.

Pros: Absolutely everything. We are repeat guests and every single time…and I mean every single time we absolutely love our stay here! The staff are amazing, so helpful and kind, the rooms so clean and immaculate, the breakfast….oh my gosh the best!!!!! We love the breakfast so much. The location cannot be beat!!!!!

Pros: Great room space for family of four - double bed, two singles - everyone happy. Breakfast included- one less decision to make.. Fat Cat restaurant huge plus at the location- great food, drinks and wonderful friendly efficient staff. Central location, short walk to Charles Bridge and beyond..

Cons: No negatives for our family.

would stay again but maybe not in room 66 ! on other side of building to avoid early bin collection!

Pros: great location for market square and central to most places Room was a good size but needed extra bedding but wasn't available Restaurant was great food was excellent and staff were brilliant

Cons: No View just looking at building opposite did not have breakfast it was to costly for us also bins being emptied 7.30am in morning very noisy Reception guys not to friendly or helpful not all but there was a couple Just a basic good morning or hello would be nice !
