Great place in the center.

Pros: Big comfortable rooms, but no kitchen. Possibility to have breakfast nearby. Equipped with coffeemaker, waterboiler and a small frigo. BIg bathroom, well equipped.

Pros: The apartment looked very grand. Everything was clean and organized. The location is just perfect.

Going back into time to be one with the old city centre of Prague.

Pros: The view of the square and the old rustic look of the rooms!

Cons: You can hear sounds from the square very loud. Especiallu in the late evening or morning (sleeping time) there are moments you wake up from loud noises coming from the square (people or cars).

Superb location, comfortable room

Pros: Location is awesome, room was comfortable, bathroom was clean. Booking was easy and information sharing before arrival was clear and precise.

Cons: Noise from the street was more present in the room than expected. Booking was made for a room with 2 beds (one double + one sofa) but there was only one bed.

Very central location!

Pros: Close to all the action. Clean, neat and surprisingly quiet considering we were right on a noisy street.

Cons: No luggage storage, which ended up being a bit of a mission in the end with the recommend luggage storage not open when they said which should have matched the 10 am checkout.

Top location, amazing place to stay

Pros: Amazing location, right in the heart of Prague's Old Town district. The communication and automatic check in and check out process was excellent, smooth and easy. The suite itself was lovely, spacious living room, nice decor with character, comfortable bed and quiet bedroom, and a nice shower / bathroom. Bottled water and a coffee machine too.

Cons: N/A. Everything about the palce was perfect.

Lovely suite, perfectly located just need to be better at communicating

Pros: This is a beautiful old property. Located between the Charles bridge and old town square, both are a few minutes away. We had a suite, it was gorgeous with an original painted ceiling. Lift access to all floors. This is an internet hotel, so no reception service and you get a code for the door which also operates your room key. Outside there are bars, shops, ATM’s and all you need. I would have given 5 stars, but there was a couple of issues.

Cons: Slow or no reply to messages sent to reception. We had no hot water for our last two days. There was a partition door to another apartment and they were noisy, we could hear every word

Great hotel. Will definitely stay there on my next trip to Prague.

Pros: The hotel has amazing location: just a couple of minutes walk to all the main Prague attractions. We stayed in the Luxury suite, and it was very clean with huge, but cozy rooms with amazing historical ceilings. Despite being located in the very center, it was quiet.
