Comfortable stay with a great location, cozy room, and helpful staff, despite a rough start at check

Pros: The location was excellent, and the room was clean, cozy and comfortable for 3 people. Breakfast was adequate and filling. We requested extra pillows, which were promptly provided. Upon check-out the reception guy kindly stored our backpacks until it was time to leave for the airport. Overall, a pleasant stay that I would happily recommend.

Cons: Upon our arrival there was no one at the reception, so we called the phone number that had been provided to us during the booking process. We did not mind the absence of staff at the reception, as once we received instructions to proceed to the neighboring hotel for check-in, we understood that there is a shared reception serving both hotels, which was absolutely fine with us. However, the receptionist was clearly unhappy that we had contacted her manager and insisted that we should have called a different number, which was handwritten on a Post-it note left on the door. This expectation felt unreasonable, as the number was unclear and not officially communicated. Her attitude was unacceptable and negatively affected our first impression. She was sarcastic and visibly irritated, not only towards us but also towards other guests we happened to encounter, seemingly because we had spoken with her manager. Although our first interaction with the receptionist was a negative experience, the second receptionist we dealt with at our check-out was friendly and professional, which improved our overall impression.

Great central location

Pros: The location is perfect, right in de middle of the old town, everything is in walking distance. Breakfast was basic, not a great amount to choose from except for the cold cuts, they were amazing. Overall it was good enough for us. We didn't know breakfast was in another building than our room, but it was just a few houses down the street so we didn't mind. The room is quite dated, so it wasn't in perfect shape. But the beds were comfy, the room was warm and the shower hot, very much appreciated since we where staying here in January. Our room faced the courtyard so it was quiet at night. It was also very nice that we could check in to our room even though we arrived an hour before check in.

Perfect location

Pros: One of the greates location in the city, 5 minute walking from Charles Bridge and many other major attractions are totally in a walking distance, also Taxi is able to pick you from the door. Even though it is central, the street where is located is not busy you dont hear much tourist noise.

Quiet, comfortable central stay.

Pros: Nice big, clean and comfortable room in a central location. Close to everything, but in a side street so away from all the crowds and noise. Super secure with keycard entry to the courtyard, building, floor, and room. Really nice and helpful staff.

Cons: Breakfast is at a neighbouring hotel, which is only a few meters away, but on the day I was there it was raining so it was a damp breakfast for me.

Great location

Pros: The staff was very helpful and communicative throughout our stay. We were given a complimentary upgrade to a room with a double bed, which was much appreciated. The location is very central, and everything can be easily reached on foot.

Cons: During the night, the room was quite cold as the heating did not cover the entire space. Additionally, the duvets were very narrow, so if you moved even slightly, you would end up uncovered.

Good hotel, excellent location, old charm with wooden stairs, good room setting. Loved it.

Pros: Excellent location, private rooms, cleaned very well, check-in was at a different place (2 minutes walk on the same street), but the staff brought us to our room and explained everything. They also showed us the best way to get to the airport (better than Google Maps), I could leave the bags at the reception after check-out. Helpful and friendly.

Cons: Not really a complaint, but I can hear people walking upstairs and in the corridor (did not bother me). I could hear an early tram too, but that's me being a bad sleeper, and at the end of the day, it's a vibrant city I was in.
