Excellent location

Pros: The location was central to all attractions, the breakfast was a great addition, the hotel is spotless clean and the staff are friendly, the room we had was extra large

Pros: Staff were friendly and helpful at check in, helped with maps, locations etc. The room was lovely and had everything we needed. Good variety at breakfast, and the selection differed each day. Location, close to both Charles Bridge and the Old Town, was great for us, but I imagine it could be noisy in summer.

Pros: The hotel location is excellent. Easy access to all attractions and local transport. Breakfast was amongst the best I've seen- a fabulous selection very well presented and attended by friendly attentive staff. The room was larger than expected and well appointed with everything required.

Cons: No negative experiences whatsoever.

Pros: We liked everything about the hotel and the location. Very happy.

Cons: We staying in a room where a pillar blocked the view of the tv in room, we did have to move the bed to see the tv, however this wasn't a issue. Just very odd positioning of the bed and tv.

Discovering Prague in elegance.

Pros: The location was perfect! The view was stunning (I asked for a river view). The staff were all friendly and the room was cleaned everyday.

Cons: I didn't like the fact that I couldn't stay longer!

Pros: The breakfast was excellent. A variety of hot and cold foods available over three hours. A variety of different dishes each day. A great way to start the day.

Excellent stay

Pros: Helpful Staff, early check in without charge, continuous cleaning through the day. Rich breakfast, excellent location and spacious/very comfortable room. Thank you for everything will be definitely back when visiting Prague again!

Cons: Some noise coming from the street that would wake us up early.
