The Emblem Prague Hotel

The Emblem Prague Hotel is located at 0,300 Km from City centre and it offers free WiFi, a rooftop terrace with a panoramic view of Prague centre and a 24-hour reception. Pros: Roof - top Jacuzzi, gym & steak restaurant. Dinner at steak restaurant was one of the best ever. Food, wine, drinks and service was 11/10 or 6 stars out of five .:)

Cons: Service at the breakfast did not match the level and quality of the dinner, it was ok; but I would not say it was 5 star. Coffee quality was completely different from the coffee served after the steak dinner. Same hotel; same place for serving food; but different teams and completely different experience. Breakfast team shall take lessons from the steak team.

An excellent stay with outstanding staff service and a perfect location

Pros: An absolutely outstanding stay at The Emblem Hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a perfect location that makes exploring the city effortless while still feeling calm and refined. What truly makes the experience exceptional, though, is the staff. Their restaurant recommendations were spot on and genuinely elevated our stay — every suggestion was a hit. A very special mention to Muhammad, who was an incredible host and delivered a true five-star, grand-hotel level of service. Kind, warm, friendly and always attentive, he went above and beyond to help with everything we needed. From organising a rental car directly through the hotel to making the return seamless right at the front, he made everything easy and stress-free. The service throughout the hotel was impeccable — attentive without ever being intrusive. This is the kind of place that makes you feel genuinely looked after. Highly recommended. We will absolutely be back.

Cons: The room cleaning service could be improved, as it did not quite match the overall standard of the hotel.

Definitely worth the stay!

Pros: We arrived into PRG very early on Thursday. Arrived at around 9:15am and the staff received us very nicely. We were welcomed into the stunning looking and peaceful lounge and got the great news our room was already available. The room itself was modern, nice and very clean & even came with a small balcony. The staff was super friendly and accommodating and also checking in if any help could be provided. Being located in the middle of the city adjecent to the town square and boutique shops I dont think any hotel of this quality is located any better.

Cons: This is not a negative but a point of improvement if possible. Since I’m sure the actual breakfast would have been lovely. Unfortunately we had to opt for the “take-away” breakfast since we only stayed in PRG for a day. The breakfast was ready when we checked out at 6am the next day but consisted of 2 pretty dry sandwiches and some fruit. I sincerely appreciate the effort but some croissants with some confectionary would have been a better option maybe.
