Pros: The location couldn't be better as it's in the Town Square. We loved the view of the square and the Christmas market from our room. Excellent breakfast and the room is spacious and comfortable. Able to get up early and see the Astronomical Clock without the crowds.

Cons: Room was a little tired and dated.

Pros: Great traditional hotel in the best location. Friendly staff and good food!

Cons: Hard to find fault but slight negative, bed could do with a new mattress, a bit sunken in the middle ( room 204)

Perfect hotel for a city break in Prague, probably hard to better.

Pros: everything, the location is fantastic for the Christmas market and other key sites. The room was large and spotless, the bed was extremely comfortable. despite the central location with the Christmas market the room was very quiet. Good breakfast with a variety of hot and cold options, the staff were very friendly and helpful, with excellent responses to emails we sent before our visit. We took advantage of the offer of arranging an airport transfer and the service was exceptional both ways. The hotel restaurant was also very good.

Cons: impossible to criticise the hotel could to heave met our needs or expectations any better.

Great spot that had everything you could ask for in a major city hotel would 10/10 recommend for a trip away

Pros: Beds are super comfortable. Great for location and has everything near by

Cons: The lift was a bit small and would often open and close and few times before moving
