Excellent hotel for Prague week end

Beautiful hotel and location

Pros: The hotel was lovely, exactly what I was hoping for. In fact, this holiday was a birthday gift to my wife, a special gift to celebrate her 60th birthday, and may I add that all went perfectly well, also thanks to the service received while staying at this hotel.

Cons: Their current tipping system feels a bit intrusive, since considerable amounts of daily tips are just added to one's bill without consultation or approval. You only get to know of the cost of such tips on departure, when you're about to settle your City Tax dues. I'm hoping that management will review this tipping system, following related submitted comments.

Had a wonderful trip to Prague and the hotel staff and service was excellent.

Pros: The property is clean, well managed in all aspects of hospitality and service. Ideally situated in the centre of Prague.

A great place to stay. Value for money.

Pros: Breakfast was great. Location of the Hotel was superb. As our room was on the side of the town square, we could hear the noise of party revellers in the evening, particularly on the Saturday night. It was a bit quiter on the Monday.

Cons: Nothing particular. Great Location and a very historical building.

Superb location and old world charm.

Pros: Superb location, right on Prague’s main square and opposite the renowned astronomical clock. The rooftop bar/restaurant has superb views over the square and city. The hotel is decorated and a slightly over-the-top, but appealing, faux baroque style. Good breakfast included.

Cons: The shower is over the bath. The step into the bath is quite large and the bath quite slippery, with no grab rail available. We laid a hand towel in the bath while having a shower, to provide a non-slip surface. Also, it would be good to have some extra shelving, to store toiletry bags. Mine ended up living on the bathroom floor.

Beautiful place, the hotel was in a great location for the centre of Prague.

Pros: The location, staff in the breakfast area and bar area were all friendly. The food at breakfast time was good, the staff accommodated us to the other dining room as the room was too warm near the food. The man who showed us round the facilities in our room during check in was very helpful - carrying our luggage and showing us the safe etc. The taxi we used when leaving was efficient and ready immediately.

Cons: The receptionist one night was a little unhelpful and rude, but all the other staff were helpful.

Pleasant and comfortable hotel, well located in the Old Town Square

Pros: The hotel was comfortable and incredibly well-located on the Old Town Square, opposite the Astronomical Clock. Breakfast was pretty good, with a decent selection of hot and cold food. Staff at the hotel were very pleasant and friendly.

Cons: No major complaints but the main room for breakfast was small, with the tables very close to each other. The fruit juice was also very warm.

Perfection.. in all aspects ….

Pros: It was amazing, perfect location in pedestrian area, right next to the astronomical clock, wonderful breakfast so much choice, staff polite and so helpful, we had the biggest suite in hotel.. that helped… if you go ask for suite on first floor number 12…..

Excellent I would recommend

Pros: Room was lovely beautiful very clean most comfy large bed nice and warm really enjoyed my stay.staff were helpful and friendly. I would recommend and would love to come back and stay again one day. Perfect location for the clock .

Cons: As much as the staff tried very hard to accommodate my gluten free breakfast the GF bread was terrible and not edible. Hotel has a gluten free bakers 10 mins from them which bake amazing bread and would be easy for them to get them to supply the hotel this should be looked into. Also the noise from the roof top bar was very loud in the room you can hear the chief preparing chopping at 7am and banging around late into the night they need to insulate the room ceiling under the roof kitchen.
