Lovely hotel in lovely Prague!

Pros: Locality was excellent ; staff very helpful and respectful. Nice room. Good choice of breakfast. Complimentary bottle of Prosecco as special birthday gift.

Cons: Single duvets kept sliding off bed and “hot” breakfast for later arrivals a bit sad.

Pros: Location right off the Old Town square was perfect. The front desk staff were just excellent and couldn’t do enough for us.

Brilliant location with very helpful staff. Recommended

Pros: Excellent location. Very friendly and helpful concierge staff. Good breakfast, and a packed breakfast provided for us when we left early on our last day. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room, with some complementary pastries provided in the lobby.

Cons: The bedroom walls were very thin and we could hear our neighbours. Lighting controls were a little eccentric!

Fantastic stay, exceeded expectations and will recommend to others and return again.

Pros: Location was perfect right on the square and stunning views. Old style elaborate architecture combined with the modern clean fresh style of the bedroom and bathroom was beautiful. Friendly helpful staff, extra touches like the wide ranging breakfast options including champagne or mimosa if you fancied it.

Cons: Nothing not to like. Reception and restaurant areas could benefit from some refresh in the decor.
