Helpful Staff
Pros: We thought the rooms were clean and comfortable with great storage. The hotel is in a good location - close to attractions. One particular member of staff , Kirial, went above and beyond to make our experience all the more enjoyable, from helping direct us to landmarks, to preparing off the menu cocktails for us at our request. Thank you, Kirial!

Pros: I really like the receptionist staff,everyone was just so helpful and great
Cons: Mostly everything was great just maybe little to bit too hot in the evening so we had to keep window open.

Pros: breakfast was really good, overall the room was pretty decent looking too. Guys at the reception were nice and kind, upon arrival they locate the gems of the city on a map.
Cons: the room was pretty cold and the AC didn’t work throughout our entire stay, the was a huge crack on out wall next to the bed and cobwebs were hanging in the corner above our bed.

Good hotel in a good location and would definitely stay here again.
Pros: Hotel was in a very good location and walking distance from all of the main attractions. Room was very comfortable and breakfast was good.
Cons: More choice of gluten free food at breakfast would have been good.

A Truly Perfect Stay in Prague
Pros: This is an exceptional choice for anyone visiting Prague. From the moment we checked in, the service was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Our room was spotlessly clean, wonderfully quiet, and incredibly comfortable. The location simply couldn't be better.. we were able to walk to all the main attractions yet still enjoyed a peaceful night's sleep. Breakfast was delicious, offering a great variety of fresh options. Everything here felt five star, making our entire trip memorable and relaxing. Highly recommended! we would not hesitate to book here again!

Pros: We had a fantastic time staying at Moods Boutique Hotel. The facilities were excellent and incredibly clean and comfortable. The staff were great, really friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here.

Good value stay in a lovely clean hotel and good location.
Pros: The location was good, walkable to the old town and only 5 minutes from the nearest tram stop. The beds were extremely comfortable, the rooms were very clean and warm and the water in the shower was strong and hot. There was a hair dryer, toiletries and kettle with tea and coffee and fresh milk from reception when asked.
Cons: We booked a deluxe room and a regular room and upgraded the regular room on arrival as it was smaller and darker compared to the deluxe one (we were on a birthday trip, may not have bothered upgrading otherwise as it would have been fine). A couple of niggles re the shower heads - one didn't stay up well, one wouldn't come down, not a huge deal though. Breakfast was ok but not brilliant - the hot options weren't especially hot, the croissants were a bit stale. But plenty of bread, granola, yogurt, meats, cheese and hot drinks. Not really any gluten free options but we had taken bread for my son anyway just in case.
