Switzerland 🇨🇭

Pros: This hotel feels like stepping into an old world European hotel of movies. The Art Deco style restaurant to have breakfast in daily was a highlight - people queue here at other times of the day. Even their coffee is good. The rooms are not big, but quite comfortable and relaxing.

Pros: The room was quiet and spotless. Location was excellent for walking all over the city and there is a fantastic shopping mall very close to the hotel. all in all , a great stay.

Cons: The breakfast was a little bit disappointing, I would have expected to order from a menu at a 5 star hotel.

Pros: SUPERB breakfast, with wide choice of food; STAFF helpful and attentive; ROOM good size and everything you could wish for was provided, CLEAN and tidy hotel. GREAT location.

Cons: NO handrail to steps on to street making it difficult to negotiate with walking stick

We had a great time staying here celebrating my wife’s birthday

Pros: Staff were very attentive and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable and breakfast had good range of options. Excellent location to visit the main sights.

Cons: The only thing was you could hear the trams from our room from about 6am but not a massive issue

Pros: Imperial never disappoints. The rooms are comfortable, clean and well equipped. The food is lovely and so are the cocktails.

The hotel was incredibly beautiful, with rich detail down to the headboards of the bed.

Pros: We stayed in Prague late January, and coming back after a day full of snow to a warm and comfortable hotel, made cosier with the Sauna and Steam room. The location was excellent, within walking distance of most of Prague's attractions. The breakfast was a delicious spread in a beautifully decorated café, with more than accommodating staff.
