A hotel with an excellent location, tasty breakfast, and very friendly staff. Recommended!
Pros: The hotel is very conveniently located — there’s a bus station, metro, and tram nearby. Although you probably won’t even need them, since all the “postcard” highlights of Prague are within a 10–15 minute walk. The hotel may not be brand new, but everything is clean and well maintained. The beds are comfortable. The breakfast is varied with something for every taste. The staff are very friendly and always helpful. Special thanks for letting us store a heavy suitcase until the end of the day after checkout — it made our last прогулка around Prague much easier before departure.
Cons: I couldn’t figure out whether the lobby bar was open — I think it wasn’t. It’s not really a downside, but it would have been nice to relax or work there in the evening. Maybe it wasn’t popular, so they stopped operating it. There is no air conditioning in the room, but there is a fan. It might get hot in summer — just an assumption, I’m not sure.

Great-value, pleasant hotel near the centre of Prague
Pros: Large, spacious, clean room. Large double bed, fridge, and plug sockets next to the bed. 15 minutes walk into the centre of Prague. Great buffet breakfast - lots of hot and cold options and you can have as much as you want. Close to the bus and train stations. A pleasant hotel, perfect for a good-value trip to Prague.
Cons: Only one large pillow, which I didn't find comfortable. I could have asked at reception, but I didn't, so I guess there may have been more options.

Great hotel. Will come back
Pros: I've stayed in axa a couple times already, Very close to the bus station and to the city center. Rooms are clean, big and with all the amenities you might need - tee pot, fridge, mirror, hair dryer - The hotel also has a pool and gym in the same building that you can use for a fair price. Gym was very complete with machines and free weights
Cons: Breakfast has very few options, but it does its work and its included in the stay,

More than enough for 3 days
Pros: Great location, 15min walking distance anywhere you wish to visit. The staff were generally friendly, the open buffet was sufficient; it was just a bit boring that it was the same every day. The hotel was warm enough, we didn’t feel cold.
Cons: There was no enough bathroom amenities, no slippers provided etc.

The hotel AXA provides a wonderful experience, I recommend it to everyone.
Pros: A complete hotel! Wonderful! Excellent service, new facilities, unmatched shower, soft and cozy mattress, cleanliness on point... Wonderful experience! And it even has a subway, surface train, and bus right nearby! You can visit the city's main attractions on foot... I recommend it to everyone!!!
Cons: We liked everything! I recommend it to everyone!!! It was cold outside, but the room had a wonderful temperature!

Budget friendly, well positioned and good breakfast
Pros: Breakfast was good, lot of options; Nice position, very easy access to Bila Labut station with many connections to main attractions of the city; The room was clean, we had most of the facilities expected; Very kind staff, they helped us when requested.
Cons: The twin beds felt a bit uncomfortable sometimes because of the gap in between - felt like two beds were united. Maybe some slippers would be a nice addition.

Great hotel at a great location
Pros: The room and bathroom were enormous and I appreciated the kettle and team in the room. The location is quite good too and the hotel in general very clean anf tidy. The minimalistic asthetic was very welcome and functional too.
Cons: If coffee was present in the room, it would be great. Also the single beds are tiny and I could barely fit. Although the double bed was huge! Please allow customers that book through booking.com free access to the gym and pool. It would have been nice.

Great value, super location
Pros: AXA was a short walk from Prague Old Town. It was very clean, and the room was serviced daily. Breakfast was all you could ask for
