Pros: The location is great, a few minutes walk from the Florenc metro station and convenient to the old center. The area around the hotel is a bit noisy due to the traffic but nothing tragic. The hotel is older but well maintained, it would definitely benefit from a few things to be renovated, but for the price - the service, location and staff are excellent. Great breakfast, which they constantly replenished until the last minute of serving. Excellent cleanliness and and the staff's willingness was at a top level. Overall a very good experience and we would be happy to return.
Cons: Nothing important - there was no mirror in the room except the one in the bathroom and the thermostat had its own head, it was quite chilly at night, but it was fine under the duvet and we had a good sleep.

Just what we were looking for.
Pros: The location of the hotel was excellent, tram stop right outside the front entrance , only a 20 minute walk to the centre. the hotel was quiet, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good with a reasonable selection. our room was large and comfortable however the pillows were large and too soft for my liking. The bathroom was huge however there is no shower , there is a shower nozzle but this has to be handheld as there is nowhere to mount it on the wall. The room did not have kettle and I was informed that they were not allowed to have them in the rooms??. The room does have a fridge/minibar and the prices are reasonable. Otherwise I had no complaints and would book Hotel Opera again.

Perfect place
Pros: Good location. Close to metro and a short walk to the old town. Breakfast was good with various options.

Pros: Beautiful hotel with kind staff, we enjoyed getting back to the hotel after long days exploring the city 😀
Cons: We really wanted to have the possibility to boil water in the room, but when we asked for hot water the staff accommodated and helped.

Pros: The hotel has a great location. It's just near a tram stop where you can take a direct tram to the city centre or even walk (around 30 min). Breakfast was modest - 2 types of eggs, salami, cheese, salad, sausages, beacon, beans, 2 -3 options of pastry, but I wasn't hungry after this anyway. My room was really comfortable. Big bathroom, you can relugate heating in the room by yourself. I would reccomend this hotel for staying.
Cons: The place has really bad sound isolation. You can hear every sound from the street - cars, beeping, shouting, trams etc. This place is really noisy, especially when staff decides to have a lovely chat in the hall early in the morning and then to start hoovering.
