Good comfortable stay. Great breakfast

Pros: Great location, very comfortable, great breakfast.

Cons: Checkin process had long queues and people at the reception were not able to handle it properly. Mistakes made with my checkin and payment which was corrected later but added stress for me

I would recommend this hotel for my friends

Pros: Nice and comfortable room. Separated bathroom and toilet. Quiet air-conditioning.

Cons: Hotel is very big and breakfast area was usually full (around 09:00). However, this is not real disadvantage, just to be ready. Staff was very helpful to find the table.

Luxurious and has everything you need, but eat out for breakfast.

Pros: Overall the stay was amazing. The hotel had everything you could need. Most of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was perfect. We really felt like we were living in luxury!

Cons: Only negative was one interaction with a member of staff. One morning, I knew breakfast was over, but I saw a pile of Croissants in the atrium, which I assumed would be going to waste. So, I walked in to ask if I could buy a croissant for takeaway. I didn’t think it would be a problem since there were other guests still sitting finishing their breakfast. The hostess looked really annoyed to see me walking in and interrupted other guests who were trying to ask her a question to ask me what I wanted. I asked if I could buy a croissant for takeaway and she barked at me “No. Closed. 10:30.” The other guests also looked uncomfortable so I didn’t question her on it. I suppose she just wanted to throw the croissants into the rubbish rather than sell it to someone 🙄 I understand someone can have a challenging day at work, but it’s safe to say that I ate out for breakfast every other day. Other than her, the rest of the staff could not have been nicer.

More than satisfactory.

Pros: A wonderful selection available at breakfast, and the presence of chefs on site to cook was great. The central location was brilliant. The hotel building is well conceived and pleasant.
