Pros: The room was amazing, perfect for group of 4. Clean and spacious

A superb stay, excellent value for money and very comfortable, clean, warm accommodation.

Pros: An immaculate, well run, comfortable, quiet hotel with a great in-room breakfast service.

Cons: A mini-bar in the room/fridge would be great after a long day of travelling.

Excellent stay

Pros: Beautiful place, great decor, equipment and lovely heated bathroom floor. A bath would’ve been soooo nice but the shower was great anyway. Breakfast was delicious and delivered on time by lovely ladies. Front desk staff were efficient and helpful and the lobby is equipped with some good necessities. Building is secure and the lift is good and working well. Bath robe and slippers were a nice touch. Location is good albeit with the roadworks it’s tricky to walk through but if you’re driving, there are parking spaces by the building.

Cons: Heating needed to be better for the cold winter. Was too cold in the room. Breakfast options good but quality of breakfast could be improved More tea and coffee needed for breakfast, and hotter in temperature

Beautiful and cosy

Pros: The rooms and facilities are lovely and you can’t fault any of it. It was -6 outside at times and the room was cosy and underfloor heating in the bathrooms were a lovely touch.

Cons: Our breakfast orders every morning were not what we ordered. (Breakfast is ordered to your room, which is preordered the day before.)

A great and relaxing stay

Pros: Very spacious and clean rooms. The breakfast is great. A quiet and convenient location with some good restaurants nearby. The metro station is a short walk and only a couple stops from the city centre which is also walkable

Pros: The place was amazing - new, stylish, clean, with a pleasant scent and every facility you could ask for (down to a heated floor in the shower). It’s located about a 10–15 minute easy walk from the Palladium and the Astronomical Clock. There’s also a metro station very close by, and we really enjoyed our stay there.

Cons: On our first evening there, there was no hot water. Communication with the reception is done via WhatsApp messaging, and they responded immediately and took care of the problem. The only thing I didn’t really connect with was the breakfast concept. The meals themselves were tasty and fresh, and they are delivered to your room within a time window you choose in advance. However, you have to select the type of breakfast you want during the day before by 21:00, and there are fixed time slots. So it happened that when the early slot was already taken, we had to book breakfast for the 10:00–10:30 window, which is very late, and unfortunately, that morning it was also delayed. I don’t like being dependent on fixed times during a vacation or having to plan my schedule around them, so on the last day, we simply didn’t order breakfast at all, even though we had paid for it.

Pros: The Breakfast Location is great with access the Metro, Tram, Bus. In fact the main bus station is within walking distance.

Pros: I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Everything was wonderful. Very clean .The woman who brought us our food every morning was incredibly kind. Thank you very much. When we return to Prague again, I would choose it again.

A fantastic stay in a perfectly located, spotless property with excellent comfort, convenient parking, and an outstandin

Pros: The accommodation is in a great location, within easy walking distance to the underground and a large shopping centre and mall, with a fantastic car parking option available. The property was immaculately presented, very quiet and exceptionally clean. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom facilities were excellent, and everything felt well thought out. We also chose to include breakfast, which was amazing – very generous portions, warm food, and beautifully presented.

Cons: There was nothing we didn’t like – everything exceeded our expectations.
