Pros: Wonderful people at the reception. Thx for great support. Deluxe room very nice and comfy. Breakfast excellent. Good location, everything in old town reachable within 20 minutes

Lovely room and tasty breakfast

Pros: Our room was lovely, we were really pleasantly surprised by it. The breakfast was tasty with a decent selection of cold foods.

Cons: The lobby area doesn’t do justice to how nice the rooms are.

Pros: Very good choice when arriving or departing from Florenc bus station. Quite Close to the city center also. The hotel was clear and personnel very friendly. Breakfast was acceptable.

Pros: The hotel is fantastic. The room was huge with an amazing bed and lots of lovely details. The bathroom was beautiful. The area is very quiet, so I had a great sleep after a long day. The staff were amazing and the breakfast was excellent. I totally recommend it.

The mysterious and freezing Prague,can also be warm and comfy enough!!

Pros: Once got in, a warm atmosphere welcomed me, in total relax and kindness in explaining how things worked. Super comfortable and modern room, with a wide and cozy shower. Breakfast is well balanced and rich in salty dishes. The personnel is absolutely available in listening to guests' requests and always ready to smile in all of this.

Cons: I think that nothing went wrong.

Pros: The hotel receptionist was very friendly and accomodating. Hotelroom was tidy. Breakfast was great! They even provided a surprise birthday present for me in the room❤️Location is 3-4 mins walk from Metro station and Bus station.

Pros: Lovely staff particularly on the reception desk. Great sized clean rooms with modern bathrooms. Great breakfast came as part of room rate. Overall superb
