Pros: Location and the attitude of ALL the staff and the fabulous breakfast

Cons: I had to leave and go home

Pros: I keep coming back here, partly because of the location (anywhere in city is accessible by tram or foot), but also because of value and staff - they are amazing, and deserve a raise in my opinion.

Cons: Showers need sorting. Wear and tear/poor design.

Fantastic location, great breakfast.

Pros: Fantastic location. As soon as we arrived we were greeted and welcomed by very helpful friendly staff. The room was nice and comfortable. We had breakfast every morning, great variety including an egg and omelette station.

Pros: The level of care and service was excellent. The staff were genuinely attentive, closely engaged with us, and very helpful in every way. I would like to thank the hotel staff and management for their outstanding hospitality.

Cons: There were a few areas that could be improved. \t1.\tThe room heating system being limited to 25°C was not sufficient. Since the weather was cold, the room did not get warm enough and the heating felt inadequate. I believe this issue should be reviewed and improved with a bit more attention. \t2.\tAnother point is the check-in time of 3:00 PM. For guests arriving from far away, this is quite late. It would be nice to offer small refreshments and drinks to guests who arrive early and have to wait in the lobby. Such gestures are important in terms of courtesy and always help keep guest satisfaction at the highest level. Aside from these points, everything else about the hotel was excellent.

Pros: Great location, great staff and room was fantastic. The hotel itself had a great area for having a drink and sitting back and relaxing.

Cons: Nothing to fault, everything was great

Cons: We thought Spa was part of the hotel and access included. Didn’t realise additional cost to access sauna.
