Perfect place to stay in Prague

Pros: Great location, near tram and train stops and not far from Florenc bus station and the central train station (where the airport bus stops). Staff were friendly and the breakfast was very organised and had a great selection of cooked and continental options. The bed was comfy and shower/bath was great too. Would definitely stay here again if in Prague!

Great location for exploring the beautiful city of Prague.

Pros: Great location; 10 minute walk from the main square. Welcoming staff. The rooms were clean and spacious. Good selection of food at breakfast. The staff moved us to another room after our first night, due to a group of men partying all night in the room next door, keeping us awake, and gave us a complimentary bowl of mixed fruit as an apology 😊

Cons: We were very happy with our initial allocated room; however, at 2am, on our first night, we were woken by a group of men who were staying in the room next to ours, and partied all night. My husband went down to Reception to complain. They offered to move us to another room, which we accepted. The new room was smaller, as was the bathroom, but quiet!

A beautiful, peaceful stay in the heart of Prague/ Praha

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Majestic Hotel in Prague. The location was perfect — close to everything we wanted to see, yet quiet and away from the noise, which made it feel really relaxing. The hotel itself is beautiful and very clean, and all the staff were so pleasant and welcoming throughout our stay. The room was wonderful and had enough space, coffee and tea facilities and we had a bath which was really lovely to get too after long day in the cold weather. Breakfast was amazing, with plenty of choice, and the omelette station was such a lovely surprise bonus. We were also grateful for the early check-in and for being able to leave our bags after check-out as our flight was later in the afternoon — the team happily accommodated this, which made our last day so much easier. We would definitely stay here again. And we already recommended to our friends too visiting Prague in the Spring.

Cons: Nothing. All was good and professional.

Pros: The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a huge selection, including champagne. The price was very competitive.

Cons: The bedding could have been cleaner, we found dark hair scattered around the bed. The hairdryer was very weak and I would have expected to have a better selection of cosmetics in the bathroom.
