Can't go wrong.

Pros: The apartment is new and reasonably well appointed. Communication is good. The garage is very handy especially in winter. Location is decent, just a short drive to the centre.

Cons: Nothing really.

Pros: Nice, clean, comfortable appartment. Looks like new. Well equiped. Beds are comfortable. A lot of storage space. Good location, a lot of public transportations stops just few meters away. Nice neighborhood. Parking space was extremely nice. Easy to pick and leave the keys. The host is really helpful.

Pros: Stylish apartment, that is well-stocked. It has everything you need, and very clean. The host provides a lot of information, so check-in went seamless. We really appreciated the private (sheltered) parking spot in the garage. Travelling around the city is easy because of the nearby public transport. Overall a great stay!

Great apartment. Highly recommended.

Pros: Very well organized. Comfortable apartment, well equipped and very clean. Very friendly host. Good location with tram and metro nearby. Lots of bars and restaurants available.

Cons: Quite loud at night with open windows due to street traffic ... which you cannot blame on the apartment. Air condition helps with closed windows.

Good apartment, will use it again

Pros: The apartment was spacious and clean. The facilities were ideal for a few nights on a business trip. Having windows on opposite sides of the apartment meant there was a good through-breeze.

Cons: I would prefer a deeper, firmer pillow. There was nothing wrong with the pillows I had, just a personal preference.

Зимние каникулы в рождественской Праге❄️

Pros: Просторная, новая, тёплая и чистая квартира в центре модного района Карлин. Недалеко от центра. Район безопасный, с множеством замечательных кафе, ресторанов. Несколько магазинов прямо рядом с домом. В квартире есть все необходимые удобства. Отдельный туалет, удобная кровать, большой шкаф в спальне, оборудованная кухня, кино проектор. Бесплатная подземная парковка была очень полезна. Въезд на парковку при помощи грузового лифта. Хозяин апартаментов приятный в общении. Нам было комфортно и уютно, как дома.

Cons: Не хватает стиральной машины. В ванной комнате есть место и подключение, но стиральной машинки нет. Мы проживали 12 ночей и пришлось искать прачечную и тратить время на стирку. В туалете нет крючка для полотенца и мыла для рук. При открытых окнах слышен шум с улицы, трамвай.
