Pros: Everything is new, clean, comfortable, amazing location!

Modern apartment with washing machine, kitchen, and even dishwasher!

Pros: Modern apartment with decent kitchen, looks out onto a green roof (as in, plants) as well as the courtyard of the Italian restaurant below, which is nice. Was able to cook a few meals here, and genuinely loved the handy location. Right across the road from a LIDL supermarket, plenty of other stores as well as a Starbucks nearby. Modern digital access including a camera on the street you can see from your room, big TV, a washing machine and dishwasher! Value for money.

Cons: There's not enough light in the lounge from the one ceiling fixture that hangs in the centre of the room. There is a lamp you'll probably need to move to the kitchen bench like I did, or it's hard to see what you're doing when cooking. While there is an oven, there's no microwave or toaster so be aware of that. You'll need to climb into the bed as you can't walk around the sides. I had back surgery 9 months previous so it was uncomfortable for me to shuffle out of it. The mattress was a bit thin, so probably not the best bed I've had travelling 9 European countries so far, but it was far from the worst. It is a large queen bed, and there are both lamps and powerpoints on each side.

Pros: Clean room in the new building, easy check in and check out, comfortable neighborhood near the city center and not far away from historical objects

Cons: Wi-fi speed was pretty slow, enough for watching Youtube on 480p resolution

Pros: Pěkně vybavený apartmán, pohodlná postel, klid (okna do dvora).

Ubytování splnilo očekávání,určitě v budoucnu opět využijeme

Pros: Check-in rychlý,jednoduchý, včetně přístupu do budovy Ideální lokalita, v našem případě po přespání po koncertu ve Foru Karlín Na krátkodobý pobyt ve dvou , ideální ubytování

Cons: Příjemným benefitem by byl kávovar

Pros: Struttura in un ottima posizione per girare Praga. Tanti locali carina in zona. Il check in è stato facile e l’appartamento è carino per soggiornare un paio di notti.

Cons: Andrebbe fatto solo un po di manutenzione ordinaria all’appartamento. Fissare qualche maniglia per esempio, per il resto tutto ok

Pros: Rychlá komunikace, jasné informace včetně fotografií k přístupu do budovy, kompaktní, ale pohodlný apartmán. Bonusem pro mě byla francouzská přikrývka a okna do vnitrobloku místo rušné ulice.

Cons: Nepříjemně překvapily špinavé obklady kolem umyvadla, v TV nebyly naladěné žádné programy.

Pros: Doporučuji využít sám nebo s někým velmi blízkým, apartmán je malinký a ideální na kratší pobyt. Nicméně je vybaven perfektně i na delší pobyt.

Cons: Je vidět, že apartmán mohl být původně kanceláří, zdi uvnitř apartmánu byly velmi tenké.
