Family winter break where I felt like home

Pros: The staff at the reception was super nice and very helpful. Also small things like welcome drink made me feel very welcome.

Pros: A well-maintained and cozy hotel. Warm, clean, and very quiet! The plumbing works! Delicious, varied breakfasts, complimentary gifts, and friendly staff. A truly atmospheric place!

Pros: The hotel is wonderful. The staff are polite. The room was comfortable and clean. There was a large selection of dishes for breakfast. We liked everything very much. The hotel is located in a very quiet area. There was a restaurant nearby where you could have dinner and drink fresh beer. We will definitely come back again.

Pros: The front desk agents were very kind and helpful with proactive assistance what make our stay in Prague more comfortable and memorable. Location of the hotel is very good as it offers excellent access to public transport like buses and trams with few station to the centrum and Charles bridge. Higly recommended stay.

Heart warming hospitality!

Pros: I stayed here with a friend while visiting Prague. The hotel is exceptionally clean, the breakfast was perfect, the decor is very atmospheric. What stood out the most was the staff. They were absolutely world class. I will definitely stay here again when in Prague and recommend to friends and family.

Great hotel experience!

Pros: Lovely hotel. We liked the location since it’s away from the chaos of the centre but still very accessible through public transport. The staff was always friendly and welcoming, very informative on any inquiries we had whether it was landmarks, public transportation, tips on where to go and when. Breakfast was very tasty with a little bit of everything for everyone’s taste. Rooms were clean with very comfortable beds. Mini bar and snacks are available in the room which is very convenient. The only thing missing was a smart TV since there is only cable in a language we don’t understand and the rooms are on the smaller side. They gave us small gifts for Christmas at check out which was a very sweet gesture. All in all great value for our money, and would definitely recommend - we are definitely visiting this hotel again in the near future!

Highly recommend

Pros: The staff was amazing, especially Adela who made sure we had everything we could ever want. Couldn't wish for anyone nicer and more helpful! You better give her a raise :) The hotel itself was well-priced, clean, spacious, in a decent location (10-15 by tram to get to the center) and had free parking and great breakfast.
